I wish I could give 10 stars. From the moment I called to the moment the work truck pulled away I felt like Hot2Cold had my back. I arrived to help my ailing father and he had no AC. These guys were on it immediately. What a game changer in this 90+F and 90% humidity. Micheal was a complete saint working ALL day on a Saturday in the extreme heat and humidity from 8 am to 4pm to do an install. I thought with is dedication that he owned the company. Hot2Cold is lucky to have such a dedicated employee and we are so blessed to have gotten him as a senior tech. Give that guy a raise! The quality of life from before and after is indescribable

I write this review as a contractor and a homeowner. Contractors are often skeptical of service technicians coming to their home. We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for. I am not different. When Rodney and Lee arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. Rodney and Lee took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary – they gave me my money’s worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner. I was proud of them. I enjoyed harassing Rodney and Lee. I wish all my service technicians worked as hard and represented my company, as well as these two young technicians represented Hot 2 Cold. There is hope for our future! Thank you, Wayne Giese, and congratulations on building a company based on ethics and expertise.

I woke up this morning stepping into a small puddle of water in my hallway directly in front of my air handler. I immediately looked up at my ceiling and saw no signs of leaks. After mopping up the puddle, I checked every where I knew to check and did not find the source of the leak. After a little while, I decided it had to be the a/c that was leaking because a small amount of water appeared in front of the air handler where I'd just mopped earlier. I googled AC repair companies and decided to go with Hot 2 Cold because of their stellar customer service ratings. I spoke to a very nice young lady, I think her name is Jeanette. I explained to her my problem and she arranged service between 4:00 and 6:00 pm today. I was happy to get same day service and asked if they could come sooner if possible. She said she'd text me if someone became available sooner (and she did). I was outside trying to drain the water from the line with my shop vac (with absolutely no success, nothing was coming out) when Wayne Giese drove up. I was happily surprised that he was an hour early, as I hadn't read my text message yet from Hot 2 Cold that Wayne was on his way. Wayne quickly diagnosed the problem and began working to clear out the drain line. He explained what he had to do to clear the line and was very transparent and upfront about the cost. The line was pretty backed up and it took more than the usual chemicals and effort to clear it. But what I liked most about Wayne is that he treated my AC unit like it was his own. He would often reference what he does for his own unit and that of his other customers. He didn't like the way the kill switch was positioned on the handler and he changed it out for me Free of Charge! Now, anyone willing to do that will definitely have my repeat business! He not only replaced the part free of charge, he had to go and get it from the shop! He also stayed several extra minutes to make sure the unit restarted after replacing the kill switch. I am so happy and thankful for Wayne coming to my rescue. He was truly a Godsend! Thank you Hot 2 Cold!

Make no mistake finding a reputable contractor who has quality work and fair pricing Is extremely hard to find in this climate. When both my AC units went down I was in the verge of a panic attack because I have been burned my many contractors before. I frantically searched all over Yelp to help me not have to go to the ER and came across Hot 2 Cold. After I inquired through Yelp James contacted me and walked me through the process. James was very detail oriented and explained all the steps we were going to have to take. He answered all of my questions and eased my worrisome soul. We went over various options and I felt comfortable choosing them for the job. We were able to schedule the job very quickly. At 8am I had the team of David Dacal, Anthony Comer, Corey Burdetto, Savier Paulinho, and Gavin Carter. All this men were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job cleaning everything up and they were all very respectful of my house. I have a very tight AC unit upstairs that was giving us trouble. However no one complained and they were all determined to get the job done. I love my new AC unit and it works much better than before. This team turned a very stressful experience into a breeze! Only problem is I went to do the internal service survey and the link I had was expired. I hope this team can get credit for the amazing job they did! I will recommend this company to all of my friends family, and fellow Yelpies!

2019 Repair: my A/C stopped running. At that time, James came out and assessed the situation. He was very PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, and gave us all the options including quick fix or entire replacement of the HVAC. NO PRESSURE from him one way or the other. We chose the quick fix and he said likely it would only last us 1 more year. Fast-forward 2 years and it's still running. 2021 Reaching out: Figured it was a good time to replace the whole unit and so we went for it. Called H2C and they had our profile saved and pictures of our inside/outside unit in their file from the prior repair so they were able to give us a quote over the phone. James again reached out in a timely fashion and answered all my HVAC questions with awesome detail regarding brands, SEER ratings, etc. 2021 Day of installation: Joel, Anthony, and Corey were the technicians. PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, and DETAILED. They wore masks while inside my house, answered all my annoying questions during the installation, made sure I understood everything they did, and cleaned up the mess including sweeping and vacuuming. On top of that, they even fixed a problem I didn't know I had with my air vent at no extra charge. Will only use them here in Tampa. Amazing and honest experience from start to finish.

Great Experience! Wayne was quick to come out to assess our air conditioner issues. He got the a/c back up and working, even coming back out after it continued to not work effectively. We knew we needed a new unit since the current one was old, so we decided to go with Hot 2 Cold due to their consistent efforts to repair the old unit. Wayne came out with the technicians to ensure the job was started right and being executed properly. We now have had the unit for a week and we're sitting in the cool, not worried about the a/c breaking on us! The unit is top notch and runs nicely! The price was good, installation professional (and looks good- very neat) with great follow-up by Wayne to ensure it was installed and finished wonderfully. He had identified a number of possible issues - clogging of drain line, leaking and insufficient refrigerant. The estimates of all these will amount to a big sum. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for.I am not different. When ****** and *** arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. ****** and *** took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary they gave me my moneys worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner. Great Experience! Wayne was quick to come out to assess our air conditioner issues. He got the a/c back up and working, even coming back out after it continued to not work effectively. We knew we needed a new unit since the current one was old, so we decided to go with Hot 2 Cold due to their consistent efforts to repair the old unit. Wayne came out with the technicians to ensure the job was started right and being executed properly. We now have had the unit for a week and we're sitting in the cool, not worried about the a/c breaking on us! The unit is top notch and runs nicely! The price was good, installation professional (and looks good- very neat) with great follow-up by Wayne to ensure it was installed and finished wonderfully. When our AC decided to quit in the middle of summer, Troy from Hot to Cold AC swooped in like a superhero with a toolbox. He came out the very next day and had us chilling in comfort before we could even finish melting. Friendly, fast, and professional, if your AC ever gives you the cold shoulder (or worse, no cold at all), Troy’s the guy you want on speed dial! The communication was top notch and cost was reasonable!!!  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I write this review as a contractor and a homeowner. Contractors are often skeptical of service technicians coming to their home. We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for. I am not different. When Rodney and Lee arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. Rodney and Lee took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary – they gave me my money’s worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner.  I was proud of them. I enjoyed harassing Rodney and Lee. I wish all my service technicians worked as hard and represented my company, as well as these two young technicians represented Hot 2 Cold. There is hope for our future! Thank you, Wayne Giese, and congratulations on building a company based on ethics and expertise.

I wish I could give 10 stars. From the moment I called to the moment the work truck pulled away I felt like Hot2Cold had my back. I arrived to help my ailing father and he had no AC.  These guys were on it immediately.  What a game changer in this 90+F and 90% humidity.  Micheal was a complete saint working ALL day on a Saturday in the extreme heat and humidity from 8 am to 4pm to do an install.  I thought with is dedication that he owned the company. Hot2Cold is lucky to have such a dedicated  employee and we are so blessed to have gotten him as a senior tech.  Give that guy a raise! Wayne was amazing. Even though he could not fix my issue (not due to him but the previous company that messed up when installing my new unit) he really took his time to try to figure out my problem. He was able to make something work as I try to contact the other company to fix their wrong doing. Very through and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him taking his time to explain everything. I will definitely use them in the future after I get the other company to fix their mistake.

Make no mistake finding a reputable contractor who has quality work and fair pricing Is extremely hard to find in this climate. When both my AC units went down I was in the verge of a panic attack because I have been burned my many contractors before. I frantically searched all over Yelp to help me not have to go to the ER and came across Hot 2 Cold. After I inquired through Yelp James contacted me and walked me through the process. James was very detail oriented and explained all the steps we were going to have to take. He answered all of my questions and eased my worrisome soul. We went over various options and I felt comfortable choosing them for the job. We were able to schedule the job very quickly. At 8am I had the team of David Dacal, Anthony Comer, Corey Burdetto, Savier Paulinho, and Gavin Carter. All this men were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job cleaning everything up and they were all very respectful of my house. I have a very tight AC unit upstairs that was giving us trouble. However no one complained and they were all determined to get the job done. I love my new AC unit and it works much better than before. This team turned a very stressful experience into a breeze! Only problem is I went to do the internal service survey and the link I had was expired. I hope this team can get credit for the amazing job they did! I will recommend this company to all of my friends family, and fellow Yelpies!

Rodney diagnosis the issue accurately. At first we thought it was just the thermostat, but with further inspection the motor axel had rusted out.Rodney had it back up and running within a day. So happy because the hot days of summer are coming.

I woke up this morning stepping into a small puddle of water in my hallway directly in front of my air handler.  I immediately looked up at my ceiling and saw no signs of leaks.  After mopping up the puddle, I checked every where I knew to check and did not find the source of the leak.  After a little while, I decided it had to be the a/c that was leaking because a small amount of water appeared in front of the air handler where I'd just mopped earlier.  I googled AC repair companies and decided to go with Hot 2 Cold because of their stellar customer service ratings.  I spoke to a very nice young lady, I think her name is Jeanette.  I explained to her my problem and she arranged service between 4:00 and 6:00 pm today.  I was happy to get same day service and asked if they could come sooner if possible.  She said she'd text me if someone became available sooner (and she did).  I was outside trying to drain the water from the line with my shop vac (with absolutely no success, nothing was coming out) when Wayne Giese drove up.   I was happily surprised that he was an hour early, as I hadn't read my text message yet from Hot 2 Cold that Wayne was on his way.  Wayne quickly diagnosed the problem and began working to clear out the drain line.  He explained what he had to do to clear the line and was very transparent and upfront about the cost. The line was pretty backed up and it took more than the usual chemicals and effort to clear it.  But what I liked most about Wayne is that he treated my AC unit like it was his own.  He would often reference what he does for his own unit and that of his other customers.  He didn't like the way the kill switch was positioned on the handler and he changed it out for me Free of Charge!  Now, anyone willing to do that will definitely have my repeat  business! He not only replaced the part free of charge, he had to go and get it from the shop!  He also stayed several extra minutes to make sure the unit restarted after replacing the kill switch.  I am so happy and thankful for Wayne coming to my rescue.  He was truly a Godsend!  Thank you Hot 2 Cold!

2019 Repair: my A/C stopped running. At that time, James came out and assessed the situation. He was very PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE,  and gave us all the options including quick fix or entire replacement of the HVAC. NO PRESSURE from him one way or the other. We chose the quick fix and he said likely it would only last us 1 more year. Fast-forward 2 years and it's still running. 2021 Reaching out: Figured it was a good time to replace the whole unit and so we went for it. Called H2C and they had our profile saved and pictures of our inside/outside unit in their file from the prior repair so they were able to give us a quote over the phone. James again reached out in a timely fashion and answered all my HVAC questions with awesome detail regarding brands, SEER ratings, etc. 2021 Day of installation: Joel, Anthony, and Corey were the technicians. PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, and DETAILED. They wore masks while inside my house, answered all my annoying questions during the installation, made sure I understood everything they did, and cleaned up the mess including sweeping and vacuuming. On top of that, they even fixed a problem I didn't know I had with my air vent at no extra charge. Will only use them here in Tampa. Amazing and honest experience from start to finish.

 Verified I first used Hot 2 Cold for help on a high rise condo A/C problem. They found and fixed the problem quickly where another company had failed already. Best part was the texting and communication so I knew exactly when they were coming and not waiting around hopi g for a call. I was extremely impressed, so much that I got them hired to handle all of the HVAC issues for a 20 clinic medical group.  The doctors are ecstatic as the HVAC systems have never worked better. No more over cooling or areas not getting air, definitely no more moisture problems. Hot 2 Cold has been amazing and I would recommend to anyone. Special thanks to James for going over and above to solve problems.

 Verified My first interaction with this company was rocky. I wrote a review about my distasteful experience and was contacted by Janette within 5 minutes of posting. I have never been helped and had my issues solved with a company so fast in my life. Janette was kind and very professional. I found that the issues I had were with the call center they use and not the company itself. Within a few minutes, we had a schedule for the same day (about 4 hours later). She even gave me her personal extension in case I ran into any other problems. James was our technician, and he was a well-seasoned professional. We even had great conversations and you could tell that he was passionate about his job and actually cared. This call was being used as a second opinion because the first company was trying to sell me a whole new system for $12,000 without giving me a definitive answer about what was wrong. James took time to go over my entire system thoroughly, checked every vent, explained everything to me in clear language, and helped find a "band-aid" that could possibly last a couple of years. James answered all of my questions and briefly educated me on the HVAC system. He even followed up a couple of hours after he left to make sure the new fix was holding. With our financial situation the way it is right now, this was the best-case scenario. I will be using this company for all future A/C repairs and highly recommend them. If you want a company that isn't there to sell you a new system every time or try to squeeze money out of you, this is the company. Thank you for making it right and doing an exceptional job.

 Verified I am so thankful for Hot 2 Cold. They just saved me from being ripped off by Air Rescue in Tampa. Initially I called Air Rescue to come out when our AC unit stopped working. It was $60 for the diagnostic fee. The guy spent about 15 minutes up in our attic and came down to tell us that the whole system was like a science experiment and the only way he could repair it was to charge us $1500 to replace three parts. The other option was to buy a whole new unit with installations fees totaling over $5000. Our unit is not even 8 years old and it hasn't been used much of its life.  Once I heard those prices I immediately jumped on Yelp to read their reviews and come to find out, I was not their only victim. I kept looking around and finally found Hot 2 Cold. I called and they told me it would cost $80 for someone to come take a look. The guy showed up in less than an hour and spent about two hours in the attic. He found it was just a broken wire that went to the thermostat. He repaired it and replaced our transformer that was blown and charged us $260. From $1500 to $260 we made out like bandits! I appreciate companies who are not in it just for the buck, but actually spend the time to figure out what the problem could be before giving us limited expensive options. I have them on speed dial now and will never use a company like Air Rescue again. I will recommend Hot 2 Cold to any homeowner I know and we will definitely be buying a new unit from them when the one we have retires!

He quickly figured out what problem I was having with air conditioning unit and was very helpful to me by explaining to me his procedures for repairing it. He also gave me some self help tips on maintenance of the unit. He was very polite and professional which made interaction with him very comforting.

It was a simple draining issue but he did a thorough job and explained the what and the how very clearly. Spoke at length as well about DIY simple maintenance to help avoid this type of problem in the future to get the most out of your AC.

Brennan Gibson showed up, found what previous technicians had missed, detected a leak quickly. He was able to professionally explain the system and its faults to us non-hvac people. Needless to say, we decided instead of repairs to our system we would replace it, with no added 'sales pressure'. He talked us through options and although we weren't looking to spend over $10k for a new system, we couldn't be happier contracting the job through Hot 2 Cold. Very fair and upfront pricing and quality workmanship.

 Verified Many companies see customers as just a drop in the bucket, the few that take an opposite approach tend to last longer and earn new business. Hot 2 Cold appears to be more of the latter. I was having issues with my a/c the past few days, somehow my appointment fell through the cracks at H2C and I that forced me to go another day with no a/c, the fact that this all happened during the peak of the summer season was like pouring salt on a wound. H2C reached out to correct the mistake and make things right. My agent (Heath) stopped in the next day and took care of my issue. He was professional, understanding, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the work completed. His main concern was ensuring that I was satisfied with the work performed. My a/c is running smoothly now thanks to H2C. I will always give credit where credit is due. H2C recognized the mistake and more than made up for it. I couldn't be happier.  Verified Decided to sell our house and needed to install new unit so we checked around for what companies had the best reviews Hot 2 Cold was one of the top rated, called and had them come out to give an estimate and plan for install at the end of the week. After a couple bumps and having to call them to correct them they literally came out everyday until it was fixed perfectly! (Mind you this was all over a holiday weekend) In the end they ended up having to install a bigger unit. The technician Jason came every time we called and did absolutely everything he could to fix the issue. He was great! (Even with our annoying pups stalking him every time he came). Wayne also called every time to make sure we were happy with everything. All of this on a tight timeline do to an open house and scheduled showings, they did everything to meet our time crunch! They really handled business and took care of everything top notch style!  I can honestly say I will never use any other AC company again!

 Verified After having a few issues w/ another company I had used for a few years - I decided it was time to find someone else to work on my AC unit. I asked around and I received Wayne's # from a friend who had used him a few times and loved him. I gave Wayne a call at 2p, he asked if we were around that night because he had a job in the area but could stop by after, his tec was at my house by 8:30p that night!  Just like the other reviews so professional courteous and the price was 1/2 of what the other company wanted to charge. I would recommend Hot 2 Cold  to anyone w/ AC issues.

 Verified Found Hot 2 Cold on Yelp while searching for AC repair for my broken AC unit. Since I was looking for a relatively quick response/repair and my house was temp was in the 90s I wanted a company that would have a quick turnaround but also maintain quality workmanship and professionalism. I contacted Air Masters because I had used them previously and really had no issues despite their terrible reputation on Yelp. They came out and diagnosed the issue. A power outage had blown through the capacitor and fan motor which caused the overheating that damaged my compressor. The bottom line was I was going to need replacements if I didn't want to keep watering my motor and hoping my compressor lasted a while. The repairs would've cost me over 60% of a new unit so I decided on a new unit completely. I contacted Hot 2 Cold for a second opinion and Wayne was literally going to leave the gym before work to go directly to my house and look at the AC and get me an estimate, luckily his technician Jason was available to do it instead. Meanwhile I was directed to leave my information with Bobbi Jo, their receptionist, who was super nice and answered every question I had for her and also took care of all the permits necessary for the following inspection by the county. I decided not to choose Air Masters because they have a terrible rep on Yelp even though I've never had an issue, however I can't trust a company that didn't pull permits on their new installs and I wasn't going to risk that on an expensive fix like this. Not even an hour later Wayne had his crew at my house with new system in its entirety, air handler and all ready to work. Jason and Kyle busted their asses the entire day installing the system; they were very knowledgeable and friendly. They showed me the unit, the install, everything they had to do before and after, making sure it was operational fully before leaving. They only took one 15 minute break to get some food from the corner store (which I would've bought them lunch had I not been preoccupied with work stuff) and then they were back in the sweltering heat finishing up. Bang up job by the entire crew, they even registered my unit for me giving me the 10 year warranty/1 yr labor. Incredibly happy with the work, attitude, and ethic of Hot 2 Cold and would recommend them to anyone in need.

It has been nothing but trouble a week after installation. I was told about Hot 2 Cold air and the owner Wayne along with techs James and Warren have been exceedingly helpful. At least 4 occasions they've repaired leaks in my unit. I'm tired of the old unit in constant need of repair. Freon was replaced this visit. Tired of being nickel and dimed to death i asked, under no pressure from Warren, showed me a/c units from the low to high end. I decided to get a unit that fit both my square footage and price range.  Verified Hot 2 Cold saved me $600 and probably a lot more. A week ago AAA Airconditioning Service from Tampa, highly recommended by 'Angie's List' had done a '23-point-inspection'.  They suggested a R-22 leak detection because "You have a leaking system" AAA mechanic Rudolph told us. "Sorry about your leak" he said when he handed me his report and took of. After he left my husband noticed that Rudolph had forgotten to put the cap on the Schrader valve of our compressor. Since we had our doubts about the whole AAA inspection we looked for a reliable Air conditioning Company and called 'Hot 2 Cold'. They were nice and courteous and  sent out 'John' the same day,  who checked everything and told us our system was working great.  Nothing wrong!  Pressure is okay. No leaks.........."Have a nice day" he said when he left. Boy, they are honest - maybe one of the few in the Tampa Bay area- and I will definitely call them again!

James Thornsberry, the engineer, came over within a few hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. There was a problem with the unit above us and he didn't hesitate to assist all of us. James was extremely kind and polite throughout the process. This is the best experience I've had with servicing for my AC in this area and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND James and the company. I trust their judgement and would go to them again.

James came out at 8 pm the night we called and evaluated our problem. He put together options for us and was honest about what direction he thought we should take. James had a team out that Saturday who replaced our outdoor and indoor units. They were courteous, clean, and polite, and got the job done quickly with no damage whatsoever. They even came out at 10 pm a few nights later to replace a factory-faulty thermostat.  Verified Yesterday I had the pleasure of coming home to an extremely hot house. The fan on the outside unit stopped working. No Bueno. Thankfully I found these guys at Hot 2 Cold! I called and Wayne had someone there in about an hour. The technician that showed up was polite, efficient & professional. Most importantly, he quickly fixed my problem. Thankfully it was only the capacitor. The price for the call out better than some but more than others. Overall the cost was reasonable and I would recommend these guys to my own family or friends.

 Verified I am very pleased with the advice James gave me.  I never met him and only messaged him through yelp for a quote.  My AC has not been working for 2 weeks now.  Florida is hot like heck!  Verified Our A/C stopped working two Saturdays ago and the high of the day was going to be 96. To make matters worse, we had family and friends arriving later in the afternoon for a BBQ. After glancing at the top rated A/C repair companies on Yelp, my husband found Hot 2 Cold. Hot 2 Cold had several appointments scheduled that morning, but they said they could be at our house around noon. As promised, Hot 2 Cold arrived around 12:30pm. The repairman, John Campbell, was fantastic. Initially, John thought the issue was our A/C's transformer and unfortunately he did not have the part with him so he called his colleagues in the area to see if we could get the part brought to our house. After further inspection John found out the issue was actually our float switch. By 2pm we had cold air blasting through our house again! John could have charged us an arm and a leg for his Saturday visit, but he kept the price as fair as possible and we now know to add bleach to our A/C to avoid this repair again. If we ever need our A/C repaired again we will definitely call Hot 2 Cold!

I received a text within the hour of the tech announcing he was coming and a picture. Heath was courteous, professional and diagnosed the problem. He told me the part was under warranty and gave me a rate for labor. He left and got the part (fan blower) installed it and my unit is quietly humming and blowing cold air. All in under 2 hours. I get excited when I find people and service like this because its more of an exception than a rule  these days. I see why they are rated so highly.

 Verified Our air conditioning went out after we lost power and it came back on. Wayne at Hot 2 Cold had a technician out here within two hours of my call which was 8:30 pm Saturday.  They needed to take the fan and motor to the shop and said they would be back in the morning.  Verified Amazing service! Save yourself the headache and just call Hot 2 Cold. Wayne is responsive, professional, and honest- everything you want in emergency AC repair. I came home to a house without AC that was quickly approaching 90 degrees. He showed up when he said he would, found the problem quickly, and fixed it. (A problem that the last AC repairman either somehow screwed up or more likely half-fixed in hopes of coming back.) Wayne fixed the problem properly and made sure the whole system was humming smoothly before leaving. A few hours after coming home to what I thought was a disaster and I'm now comfortably cool. And all at a fair price- totally worth it!
