Customer had a sale because they recently had a flood. Compressor kicked on afterwards after I dry it out but it only ran for a few hours and then seized. Upon arrival Troy turned the machine on and just the fan was running. I checked the camper, the capacitor, and it was holding the right amount of charge. However, the compressor was not coming on line so I hold out the compressor. I was giving open lines so the compressor is seized. At this point advise customer to replace the compressor. Customer agreed signed off on paperwork we’re working on.

Upon arrival we found that the unit had no operation. After further investigation, we found that the primary safety switch activated. We then cleared the drain line and treated it and checked full operation of system. Unit is now cooling and draining as should.

This estimate is being presented for the change out of the heat kit due to a faulty breaker. The supply house informed us they do not sell breakers separately for this heat kit so the whole part would need to be replaced. Unit Holds a 10 Year Parts Warranty which covers the Part ONLY, warranty DOES NOT cover Warranty Fees we are charged when submitting a part under warranty, labor, trip costs to and from supply house and troubleshooting after new part is put in.

This was a return visit after Ricky had install the TXB valve. Troy went out to assess what was happening. The thermostat was lagging about 4° behind what it was calling for. Link to my gauges up to the compressor and found that the sub cooling was too low charged with a little more Freon temperature splits adjusted and House was calling efficiently.
