I wish I could give 10 stars. From the moment I called to the moment the work truck pulled away I felt like Hot2Cold had my back. I arrived to help my ailing father and he had no AC.  These guys were on it immediately.  What a game changer in this 90+F and 90% humidity.  Micheal was a complete saint working ALL day on a Saturday in the extreme heat and humidity from 8 am to 4pm to do an install.  I thought with is dedication that he owned the company. Hot2Cold is lucky to have such a dedicated  employee and we are so blessed to have gotten him as a senior tech.  Give that guy a raise! I write this review as a contractor and a homeowner. Contractors are often skeptical of service technicians coming to their home. We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for.

I am not different. When Rodney and Lee arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. Rodney and Lee took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary – they gave me my money’s worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner.  I was proud of them.

I enjoyed harassing Rodney and Lee. I wish all my service technicians worked as hard and represented my company, as well as these two young technicians represented Hot 2 Cold. There is hope for our future!

Wayne was amazing. Even though he could not fix my issue (not due to him but the previous company that messed up when installing my new unit) he really took his time to try to figure out my problem. I woke up this morning stepping into a small puddle of water in my hallway directly in front of my air handler.  I immediately looked up at my ceiling and saw no signs of leaks.  After mopping up the puddle, I checked every where I knew to check and did not find the source of the leak.  After a little while, I decided it had to be the a/c that was leaking because a small amount of water appeared in front of the air handler where I'd just mopped earlier.  I googled AC repair companies and decided to go with Hot 2 Cold because of their stellar customer service ratings.  I spoke to a very nice young lady, I think her name is Jeanette.  I explained to her my problem and she arranged service between 4:00 and 6:00 pm today.  I was happy to get same day service and asked if they could come sooner if possible.  She said she'd text me if someone became available sooner (and she did).  I was outside trying to drain the water from the line with my shop vac (with absolutely no success, nothing was coming out) when Wayne Giese drove up.   I was happily surprised that he was an hour early, as I hadn't read my text message yet from Hot 2 Cold that Wayne was on his way.  Wayne quickly diagnosed the problem and began working to clear out the drain line.  He explained what he had to do to clear the line and was very transparent and upfront about the cost. The line was pretty backed up and it took more than the usual chemicals and effort to clear it.  But what I liked most about Wayne is that he treated my AC unit like it was his own.  He would often reference what he does for his own unit and that of his other customers.  He didn't like the way the kill switch was positioned on the handler and he changed it out for me Free of Charge!  Now, anyone willing to do that will definitely have my repeat  business! He not only replaced the part free of charge, he had to go and get it from the shop!  He also stayed several extra minutes to make sure the unit restarted after replacing the kill switch.  I am so happy and thankful for Wayne coming to my rescue.  He was truly a Godsend!  Thank you Hot 2 Cold!

Make no mistake finding a reputable contractor who has quality work and fair pricing Is extremely hard to find in this climate. When both my AC units went down I was in the verge of a panic attack because I have been burned my many contractors before. I frantically searched all over Yelp to help me not have to go to the ER and came across Hot 2 Cold. After I inquired through Yelp James contacted me and walked me through the process. James was very detail oriented and explained all the steps we were going to have to take. He answered all of my questions and eased my worrisome soul. We went over various options and I felt comfortable choosing them for the job. We were able to schedule the job very quickly. At 8am I had the team of David Dacal, Anthony Comer, Corey Burdetto, Savier Paulinho, and Gavin Carter. All this men were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job cleaning everything up and they were all very respectful of my house. I have a very tight AC unit upstairs that was giving us trouble. However no one complained and they were all determined to get the job done. I love my new AC unit and it works much better than before. This team turned a very stressful experience into a breeze! Only problem is I went to do the internal service survey and the link I had was expired. I hope this team can get credit for the amazing job they did! I will recommend this company to all of my friends family, and fellow Yelpies!

2019 Repair: my A/C stopped running. At that time, James came out and assessed the situation. He was very PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE,  and gave us all the options including quick fix or entire replacement of the HVAC. NO PRESSURE from him one way or the other. We chose the quick fix and he said likely it would only last us 1 more year. Fast-forward 2 years and it's still running. 

2021 Reaching out: Figured it was a good time to replace the whole unit and so we went for it. Called H2C and they had our profile saved and pictures of our inside/outside unit in their file from the prior repair so they were able to give us a quote over the phone. James again reached out in a timely fashion and answered all my HVAC questions with awesome detail regarding brands, SEER ratings, etc. 

2021 Day of installation: Joel, Anthony, and Corey were the technicians. PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, and DETAILED. They wore masks while inside my house, answered all my annoying questions during the installation, made sure I understood everything they did, and cleaned up the mess including sweeping and vacuuming. On top of that, they even fixed a problem I didn't know I had with my air vent at no extra charge. 

Will only use them here in Tampa. Amazing and honest experience from start to finish.

Great Experience! Wayne was quick to come out to assess our air conditioner issues. He got the a/c back up and working, even coming back out after it continued to not work effectively. We knew we needed a new unit since the current one was old, so we decided to go with Hot 2 Cold due to their consistent efforts to repair the old unit. Wayne came out with the technicians to ensure the job was started right and being executed properly. We now have had the unit for a week and we're sitting in the cool, not worried about the a/c breaking on us! The unit is top notch and runs nicely! The price was good, installation professional (and looks good- very neat) with great follow-up by Wayne to ensure it was installed and finished wonderfully. I will definitely be referring others to them & to ensure this unit lasts longer than the other ... I will only use this company for yearly a/c check ups!!

 Verified David Martinez came to check on the aircon unit because it wasn't cooling down to the preset temp. He had identified a number of possible issues - clogging of drain line, leaking and insufficient refrigerant. The estimates of all these will amount to a big sum. 
After some explanations on the issues, I've decided to spread out the fixings so as to spread out the spending.

We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for.I am not different. When ****** and *** arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. ****** and *** took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary they gave me my moneys worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner. Great Experience! Wayne was quick to come out to assess our air conditioner issues. He got the a/c back up and working, even coming back out after it continued to not work effectively. We knew we needed a new unit since the current one was old, so we decided to go with Hot 2 Cold due to their consistent efforts to repair the old unit. Wayne came out with the technicians to ensure the job was started right and being executed properly. We now have had the unit for a week and we're sitting in the cool, not worried about the a/c breaking on us! The unit is top notch and runs nicely! The price was good, installation professional (and looks good- very neat) with great follow-up by Wayne to ensure it was installed and finished wonderfully. I will definitely be referring others to them & to ensure this unit lasts longer than the other ... I will only use this company for yearly a/c check ups!!

2019 Repair: my A/C stopped running. At that time, James came out and assessed the situation. He was very PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE,  and gave us all the options including quick fix or entire replacement of the HVAC. NO PRESSURE from him one way or the other. We chose the quick fix and he said likely it would only last us 1 more year. Fast-forward 2 years and it's still running. 

2021 Reaching out: Figured it was a good time to replace the whole unit and so we went for it. Called H2C and they had our profile saved and pictures of our inside/outside unit in their file from the prior repair so they were able to give us a quote over the phone. James again reached out in a timely fashion and answered all my HVAC questions with awesome detail regarding brands, SEER ratings, etc. 

2021 Day of installation: Joel, Anthony, and Corey were the technicians. PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, and DETAILED. They wore masks while inside my house, answered all my annoying questions during the installation, made sure I understood everything they did, and cleaned up the mess including sweeping and vacuuming. On top of that, they even fixed a problem I didn't know I had with my air vent at no extra charge. 

Will only use them here in Tampa. Amazing and honest experience from start to finish.

I woke up this morning stepping into a small puddle of water in my hallway directly in front of my air handler.  I immediately looked up at my ceiling and saw no signs of leaks.  After mopping up the puddle, I checked every where I knew to check and did not find the source of the leak.  After a little while, I decided it had to be the a/c that was leaking because a small amount of water appeared in front of the air handler where I'd just mopped earlier.  I googled AC repair companies and decided to go with Hot 2 Cold because of their stellar customer service ratings.  I spoke to a very nice young lady, I think her name is Jeanette.  I explained to her my problem and she arranged service between 4:00 and 6:00 pm today.  I was happy to get same day service and asked if they could come sooner if possible.  She said she'd text me if someone became available sooner (and she did).  I was outside trying to drain the water from the line with my shop vac (with absolutely no success, nothing was coming out) when Wayne Giese drove up.   I was happily surprised that he was an hour early, as I hadn't read my text message yet from Hot 2 Cold that Wayne was on his way.  Wayne quickly diagnosed the problem and began working to clear out the drain line.  He explained what he had to do to clear the line and was very transparent and upfront about the cost. The line was pretty backed up and it took more than the usual chemicals and effort to clear it.  But what I liked most about Wayne is that he treated my AC unit like it was his own.  He would often reference what he does for his own unit and that of his other customers.  He didn't like the way the kill switch was positioned on the handler and he changed it out for me Free of Charge!  Now, anyone willing to do that will definitely have my repeat  business! He not only replaced the part free of charge, he had to go and get it from the shop!  He also stayed several extra minutes to make sure the unit restarted after replacing the kill switch.  I am so happy and thankful for Wayne coming to my rescue.  He was truly a Godsend!  Thank you Hot 2 Cold!

I write this review as a contractor and a homeowner. Contractors are often skeptical of service technicians coming to their home. We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for.

I am not different. When Rodney and Lee arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. Rodney and Lee took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary – they gave me my money’s worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner.  I was proud of them.

I enjoyed harassing Rodney and Lee. I wish all my service technicians worked as hard and represented my company, as well as these two young technicians represented Hot 2 Cold. There is hope for our future!

I wish I could give 10 stars. From the moment I called to the moment the work truck pulled away I felt like Hot2Cold had my back. I arrived to help my ailing father and he had no AC.  These guys were on it immediately.  What a game changer in this 90+F and 90% humidity.  Micheal was a complete saint working ALL day on a Saturday in the extreme heat and humidity from 8 am to 4pm to do an install.  I thought with is dedication that he owned the company. Hot2Cold is lucky to have such a dedicated  employee and we are so blessed to have gotten him as a senior tech.  Give that guy a raise! When our AC decided to quit in the middle of summer, Troy from Hot to Cold AC swooped in like a superhero with a toolbox. Make no mistake finding a reputable contractor who has quality work and fair pricing Is extremely hard to find in this climate. When both my AC units went down I was in the verge of a panic attack because I have been burned my many contractors before. I frantically searched all over Yelp to help me not have to go to the ER and came across Hot 2 Cold. After I inquired through Yelp James contacted me and walked me through the process. James was very detail oriented and explained all the steps we were going to have to take. He answered all of my questions and eased my worrisome soul. We went over various options and I felt comfortable choosing them for the job. We were able to schedule the job very quickly. At 8am I had the team of David Dacal, Anthony Comer, Corey Burdetto, Savier Paulinho, and Gavin Carter. All this men were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job cleaning everything up and they were all very respectful of my house. I have a very tight AC unit upstairs that was giving us trouble. However no one complained and they were all determined to get the job done. I love my new AC unit and it works much better than before. This team turned a very stressful experience into a breeze! Only problem is I went to do the internal service survey and the link I had was expired. I hope this team can get credit for the amazing job they did! I will recommend this company to all of my friends family, and fellow Yelpies!

 Verified I cannot say enough thank you's for the last minute Sunday afternoon prompt service call.  Everything from our initial call to Wayne who was very helpful and generous with his time on the phone and willingness to help along with some suggestions on what to do up to the outstanding service within an hour from Heath.... we cannot say enough good things encouraging others to utilize Hot 2 Cold.  Our a/c has onnly gone down a few times over the years and we've used various companies- all of whom claim to be open 24/7 but not one was available except Hot 2 Cold (especially on a weekend) and we were thrilled with their service.

There is no doubt we will be calling on them again and encourage our friends to utilize them for any a/c needs, I think they do  other services too and I wouldn't hesitate to call them.  Very professional and very fair pricing.  We just contracted to list our home this last week and were desperate to ensure the proper and entire fix was made as soon as possible.  Verified After checking the cost of a replacement HVAC unit we asked for quotes from four different vendors for comparable units installed. All were $4500 to $7,000 above the retail price for the unit. We spotted the excellent reviews in Yelp for Hot2Cold and tried them. Their quote was in line with all the reviewers' estimates of what should be for our requirements in our market. The installation was quick and and clean. The techs arrived precisely on time, and left by mid-afternoon. Most important, there was a glitch and the unit didn't cool properly initially. They returned next day, spotted the problem and corrected it. No complaints, alibis or protests. When the inspector came to check the installation he flagged a problem with an electrical connection and the next morning the tech was back making a 5-minutes correction and was gone. Five months later, the unit is working as expected.

I had such a great previous experience with H2C that I immediately called them when our AC unexpectedly gave out today. I called at 10:00, they arrived right at the promised time of 2:00. 

Heath and Will quickly diagnosed where the problem had to be (a second fuse panel, previously unknown to me), and within 30 minutes we had cold air again!

 Verified I first used Hot 2 Cold for help on a high rise condo A/C problem. They found and fixed the problem quickly where another company had failed already. Best part was the texting and communication so I knew exactly when they were coming and not waiting around hopi g for a call. 

I was extremely impressed, so much that I got them hired to handle all of the HVAC issues for a 20 clinic medical group.  The doctors are ecstatic as the HVAC systems have never worked better. No more over cooling or areas not getting air, definitely no more moisture problems. 

Hot 2 Cold has been amazing and I would recommend to anyone.

 Verified This is an update to my previous 5 star review. We had the mother board go bad in our compressor that Hot 2 Cold had installed just after the labor warranty ran out (the parts warranty was still in effect). 

We called Wayne and he sent out a tech the same day, even tho they were swamped with business. They diagnosed the problem, made adjustments to the unit so we could cool the house until the parts arrived, got the part delivered in a day, and came back to our house at 11:30AM the next day, even tho they said they would be out between noon and 2pm - ya, they got to our house even earlier than promised! How often does that happen? 

The unit was fixed and they were in their rights to charge us a labor fee, but without us even requesting it, they waived the fee for labor. We paid nothing. 

This company is amazing and truly stands behind their work and their commitment to their customers. 

I highly recommend Hot 2 Cold. They do great work and now I've seen first hand that they go the extra mile to keep customers for life.

Staff was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the issue with air flow in our new build home. The builders install company didn't efficiently arrange the bedroom ducts and used smaller ducts then should have been used for the room sizes. The hot2cold technician was able to show us how it should have been done and provided a reasonably priced estimate to rectify the issue. After the work was completed a few days later we have significant airflow to the rooms.

 Verified Decided to sell our house and needed to install new unit so we checked around for what companies had the best reviews Hot 2 Cold was one of the top rated, called and had them come out to give an estimate and plan for install at the end of the week. After a couple bumps and having to call them to correct them they literally came out everyday until it was fixed perfectly! (Mind you this was all over a holiday weekend) In the end they ended up having to install a bigger unit. The technician Jason came every time we called and did absolutely everything he could to fix the issue. He was great! (Even with our annoying pups stalking him every time he came). Wayne also called every time to make sure we were happy with everything. All of this on a tight timeline do to an open house and scheduled showings, they did everything to meet our time crunch! They really handled business and took care of everything top notch style!  I can honestly say I will never use any other AC company again!

We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for.I am not different. When ****** and *** arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. ****** and *** took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary they gave me my moneys worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner. I was proud of them.I enjoyed harassing ****** and ***. I wish all my service technicians worked as hard and represented my company, as well as these two young technicians represented Hot 2 Cold.  Verified Honest company. This was the blessing we needed. We were told we needed a new unit by two other companies. The unit is 10 years old. We just moved into the house and nothing was found during the inspection indicating it was in bad shape. When it stopped cooling a local Ac company charged us 300$. Next day it didn't work. They came out again and charged another 300$ for Freon. Then when it still didn't work told us the entire unit needed to be replaced. We got a second opinion and were told by another company it also needed to be replaced. Had a patient of mine refer me to Hot 2 Cold. I texted my husband the name and within hours JAMES THORNSBERRY was there and it was fixed AT NO CHARGE. If I understand correctly no part was needed and it had something to do with a relay switch. The AC blows extremely cold now. I work in a dental office and meet many people everyday. I will not hesitate to pass this blessing on.

 Verified A/C wasn't spitting out cold air. Called Amd John was here within an hour. We did our HW, checked all the breakers, thought we were out of options. Turns out there is a third breaker by the unit outside. Charged us a trip charge and he was on his way. Fair and honest. Can't complain.

 Verified I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother. Her 8-year-old HVAC system was giving her issues so she started calling around for repairs. The first four companies she called told her that she needed a new system, but gave conflicting reasons. I looked them all up on Yelp and none were well reviewed. So I gave her a few good options and implored her to get additional estimates. She had Hot 2 Cold come out and they were the only company that told her that her system could be repaired. 

She scheduled the service and said that the service technician was incredibly clean and professional. Within a few hours, they had the system up and running again. In their initial consult, they said that this system, once repaired, could last another 2-5 years. If that holds true, then they really did save her a significant amount of money. She is very grateful and would recommend Hot 2 Cold without reservation.

 Verified I called one afternoon after already receiving a quote from another company. Much to my surprise they were out to my place within an hour of me calling and were able to give me a quote that was much better than the competition. Once I decided on Hot 2 Cold they scheduled the job for the very next day and were done by the afternoon. Very friendly and professional. The whole process was about as easy as it could have been. It has been nothing but trouble a week after installation. I was told about Hot 2 Cold air and the owner Wayne along with techs James and Warren have been exceedingly helpful. At least 4 occasions they've repaired leaks in my unit. I'm tired of the old unit in constant need of repair. Freon was replaced this visit. Tired of being nickel and dimed to death i asked, under no pressure from Warren, showed me a/c units from the low to high end. I decided to get a unit that fit both my square footage and price range.  Verified Outstanding service, extremely fair price, very knowledgeable, fast response and quality work performed. What else could you want in an AC repair? Found these guys on yelp when I needed a new 5 ton AC unit for my home. This was for a rental property that I own.  What made my predicament even more stressful was the fact that I don't live in Tampa. So, I really didn't have a company that I was familiar with and one that I initially felt that I could rely on...

These guys were outstanding! Wayne and Heath took care of my AC issue quickly and professionally. And like I said, their price was more than fair. I checked two other vendors on similar units in addition to calling Hot2cold. Each of those companies wanted to charge me more than $2,000 greater than Hot2cold. Then when I told them what I was paying Hot2cold, all of a sudden they were willing to match the price... I told them "thanks but no thanks. I'll be sticking with Hot2cold since they were honest from the start!" It's unfortunate how many unscrupulous companies are out there just waiting to take advantage of the consumer...Trust me, Hot2cold is  the way to go!

When the time comes, I will ask Hot2Cold to replace my system; I won't get other quotes.  Meanwhile, I am completely comfortable with their service and advice.  It's tops!

 Verified Great experience and definitely a company I would recommend to friends and family. Called late Sunday afternoon and had a tech at my door by 9am the following day. Everyone from the young lady setting the appointment to the technician Jason who arrived on time were super friendly and had great customer service which is a lost art these days. Jason diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it at a cost under $170. Though Jason made some additional recommendation of items to enhance system performance there was no pressure sales. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

 Verified An outstanding experience and company. Wayne, Heath, and Anthony were terrific. I had a very bad experience with the original A/C company where I purchased the unit a few years ago. They were only interested in falsifying what was broken to get me to purchase a new unit.

Hot 2 Cold was fantastic from start to finish. Wayne listened to my problem and had technicians on site the next day. Exactly the time he said they would be there!

Heath and Anthony are top-notch technicians that know their stuff. Diagnosed and fixed the unit perfectly. 

Pricing was very reasonable and worth every penny. Quality of work was incredible (even down to ensuring everything was left clean and tidy). Doing what you say you are going to do, actually doing it, and with great people is hard to find these days.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and patient, as he answered all my questions and taught this new FL resident the preventative maintenance routine to keep unit clean and lengthen longevity of the unit.  Verified Have used them twice. First time was due to one of my rooms not cooling. Technician took an hour to evaluate the problem.  He was thorough and honest. I didn't have an AC issue it was due to too many electronics my son now has in his room due to quarantine.   The second time my AC stopped cooling the entire house. A technician was scheduled within 2 hours of calling. Again they were thorough and honest. We had a motor that needed to be replaced. From start to finish took under 2 hours and technician even had to leave and get a part. Fast, friendly, honest, efficient service!

 Verified Very pleased with the service. My condo unit needed a thorough a/c maintenance cleaning and it wasn't blowing cold. The compressor needed to have a capacitor replaced and freon added. The tech; Mr. Campbell had to climb on top of the roof to access the compressor. Once the repairs were made the a/c blew like an arctic blast. Mr. Campbell ensured everything was operating properly before he left. The price was very reasonable and I'll hire Hot2Cold again when needed. I highly recommend.

I own a home in FL but live out of state. Received a call from my tenant that the AC wasn't blowing out cold so had to spring into action. I recently lost my old AC company who was out of Lutz so urgently needed someone for a next day service. 

I'm extremely happy that Hot 2 Cold was able to make a current day appointment and scheduled directly with my tenant. I was expecting them to show up the next day so I was pleasantly surprised. I was also impressed that once my unit was diagnosed I was called with several fixes. My service technician gave me his suggestions from the least to the extreme.

Happy to say my tenant says the AC is cold so crisis averted, I expect to use them again in the future.

From the moment I called to the moment the work truck pulled away I felt like Hot2Cold had my back. I arrived to help my ailing father and he had no AC.  These guys were on it immediately.  What a game changer in this 90+F and 90% humidity.  Micheal was a complete saint working ALL day on a Saturday in the extreme heat and humidity from 8 am to 4pm to do an install.
