I asked Troy to have the repair persons fix and clean the outside unit. Cory/Rodney were on the roof Max 20 minutes rapped it up, showed me pictures. Did not bother to turn on the unit. It's a little louder and more vibration than before. I asked if they cleaned the unit Rodney said they were not told to clean it ! I’m frustrated not sure what my next move is.
Response from Hot 2 Cold Air Conditioning:
Hi Mark, thank you for making us aware of this. We didn't see where you called into us about this issue and would have been more than happy to follow up on this for you prior to posting a review. We will be more than happy to send Troy back out to evaluate the noise. The estimate that you approved was for the Contactor, the Condensor Pad for the roof, and the Hard Start Kit, so thats the work the crew was informed they needed to complete on the appointment. Please let us know here or call us at the office if you would like to have Troy come back out to evaluate the noise and you can also speak with him in regards to the cleaning.

Matt - Holiday, FL 34690
I'm 100% unsatisfied with the service we received. Our unit stopped working again shortly after your employee left. We had to call another company and pay them to diagnose the real problem. You may want to evaluate some of your employees.
You can’t find better

Today we visited to determine why the air conditioning system was not working. We learned the outdoor unit was tripping off on thermal overload. The outside coil was caked with dryer lint. After cleaning the system and performing the maintenance maintenance the unit is up, running, and cooling well. The drain line was also cleaned with a chemical drain cleaning.

Today we visited to determine why half of the home is warmer. James found a sheet metal damper pushed into the supply plenum that was directing the majority of the air volume to the coolest side of the house. After adjusting this “damper” the airflow improved significantly in the warm areas. During the evaluation we discovered mold/bacteria growing in the air duct system and incorrect air vents. Options were put together to address the air quality issue and the incorrect ceiling vents.

Today we visited to provide pricing to install a complete air conditioning and duct system. The home is currently conditioned with a single mini-split and window units. We will be installing a central hvac system and ductwork.

Customer had us out to take a look at his system after we had an install. Customer said the unit wasn’t getting the home down to temperature. Pan arrival we checked the condenser and there were no error codes. The system seem to be operating. When I linked up my gauges I got good readings for Freon and pressure seemed to be on Mark, but the temperature split was only three. and the system kept turning off frequently within ten minutes because there was a double trap being caused by the 90° elbow at the bass turned upwards. Spoke to Wayne and he recommended having someone come back out to adjust the drain pipe up a few inches so we can get a better pitch to the trap doesn’t happen after removing the 90 and putting it says downwards we ran the system for 20 minutes and achieved appropriate split temperature of 14.5°.

Today we returned to determine why the ac unit was acting strange. We learned the doesn’t have the proper refrigerant charge. James was not able to locate the leak during the visit. Nothing seems to be leaning inside, but it was storming which prevented him from checking the outside welds. We will be returning to resolve the issue.
