I'm 100% unsatisfied with the service we received. Our unit stopped working again shortly after your employee left. We had to call another company and pay them to diagnose the real problem. You may want to evaluate some of your employees.
You can’t find better

Brennan G Today I visited to inspect the drain line for reasons why it clogs more than normal. I found that the drain line was an upward slope in the attic before going down the exterior wall and out by the condenser unit. A new drain line should be ran for this drain line was not entirely replaced with the new system ( was not included in the quote) Or alternatively we can install a drain pump in place of the drain line. I called Dror to discuss but did not reach him. I emailed todays notes, pictures and estimates to Dror for further review.
Brennan G Today myself and GR installed a media filter in the return and mastic sealed areas that needed additional mastic. We also preformed a duct/air handler sanitation

Inverter technology delivers the most efficient and comfortable home available. This machine is like having dozens differently sized AC units! It utilizes a variable speed compressor, variable speed outdoor fan, and variable speed indoor blower to continuously throttle the exact amount of cooling power required. The unit monitors outdoor temperature, indoor temperature, and the desired temperature while using a learning algorithm to deliver peak efficiency and humidity control.
Found the condensing unit non operational, due to the compressor locking up on start up amps. (181.1) Replaced capacitor, and new hard start. Unit still failed. Will send comfort advisor to evaluate.
- Replace/redesign a 1200 CFM air duct system - 5” MEDIA filter - Remove and clean the evaporator coil - Remove and clean the blower assembly - Replace the leaking shrader core
Today we followed up to look over the recent ductwork redesign and air conditioning improvements. The installation looks great. We do need to return and install the media filter cabinet. Our office will reach out and arrange that work.
Upon arrival unit is working as normal temperatures upload pictures. The water she talked about is under condenser condensation I told her is normal. Perform diagnostic and evaluation of System operation and present Customer with multiple options for Maintenance, Repair, or Replacement of System.
Upon arrival found drain line clogged Located in the Attic Very tiny Arctic shop vac. Check capacitor and Freon and electric components working normal. Perform diagnostic and evaluation of System operation and present Customer with multiple options for Maintenance, Repair, or Replacement of System.
Brennan G Today I visited for the system not cooling. Upon arrival the system was turned off, I sent the thermostat to cooling and it started functioning normally. I noticed the thermostat was on a temporary hold I believe this is what caused the system not to maintain the desired temp. I removed the program setting , also cleared the drain line as a courtesy. System is operating normally at this time.
Today James returned to the home to complete a duct drawing. Once the new design is completed Hot 2 Cold will call to arrange the installation of the new air duct system and AC repairs.
Cleared the unit drain line, repositioned the system SS2 float switch, and delivered the unit air filter. Unit is fully operational at this time.
Found the unit fully operational at this time. Possible power surge locked out the compressor.
Brennan G Today i visited for the system not cooling. Preformed diagnosis and found that the compressor will not start. It draws locked rotor amps then shuts off. The capacitor is good (30/30). Is tried installing a new hardstart kit and the compressor still would not run. The air handler is a 1997 Rheem and the condenser is 2005 Goodman. The system uses r22 refrigerant (r22 is no longer manufactured or imported into the US). I will work up a repair and replacement quote and email over. I do not recommend making any repairs to this system. Waived service fee as a courtesy
