Perform the yearly maintenance on the air conditioning system. Customers sub cooling was a little low so we added some Freon to help balance it. First time adding Freon to the system since it’s installation. Advised customer to keep an eye on the behavior of the system in the coming months and two alert us if there are any issues.

Today we visited to perform an annual maintenance on the air conditioning system. The unit is from 2005 and uses R-22 refrigerant which is now phased out. Kristin is aware that it is time to replace the system, but is hoping to keep it working for a while longer.
