Your contractor should have the knowledge of newest developments in equipment, technology and design procedures which proves handy to choose and efficient and reliable system for you.
They should help you determine if your apartment/home is prone to indoor air pollution problems which may affect health and comfort of dwellers.
Whether or not your contractor is trained and certified in the proper techniques for recovering, recycling, reclaiming and disposing of used refrigerant.
A good contractor lets customer know how to care for their system on a day-to-day basis.

Troy is an excellent employee of this company. From the moment I met him he was warm and welcoming. Everything he did on my equipment was explained to me before he worked on it. I wished more workmen treated their customers with the same respect as Troy did.

Corey and his crew did a great job with the new AC installation. I was very impressed with all four of them! I like to give special recognition to Rodney and Lee. Rodney is very professional and enthusiastic about his job. Lee installed the thermostat and made sure to explain its features and how to operate it.

Luis was very knowledgeable and good at his work. He was here and gone in an hour. Drained my clogged line which was backed up to the floater which caused my AC unit to shut down as a safety feature. He also cleaned my dirty coils. Gave me a few pointers on how to keep my AC running better in the future. Big thumbs up.

Customer called Isaiah because her system was not working properly upon investigation Troy found the refrigerant levels were extremely low indicating there was a leak in the coil. The system was 2008. I told the customer it is more prudent to replace her system then to replace the coil at this point, and she agreed we quoted her on a 3.5 ton train.

Today we visited to clean the condensate drain line. James cleared the drain and the unit is now draining properly. He also replaced the P-trap on the drain outside. There are a few touchups to be done on the supply plenum. Our office will be reaching out to arrange the follow up.

Today we visited because the outside AC unit wouldn’t turn on. We leaned the unit had a failed dual capacitor. After replacing the capacitor the system turned on and is performing as it should. James spoke briefly with Kevin about the unit regarding its overall condition and he is aware that it’s time to plan for replacing it.

Today we visited to determine why the air conditioning system is not cooling the home. Client noticed the unit outside seems to be running fine, but the home is not cool. He also checked the secondary drain pan and noticed it was dry. We learned the unit has a faulty blower motor/module causing the blower to not ramp up.
