HVAC Service Technician
Location: Riverview / Tampa / Holiday (we hire for all three offices)
Pay: Competitive salary based on experience + EPA cert level
Requirements: EPA 608 (Universal preferred), 2+ years residential HVAC service experience, clean driving record, ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics
Bonus: Familiarity with Divi/ServiceTitan is a plus but not required
HVAC Installation Technician
Location: Riverview / Tampa / Holiday
Pay: Competitive salary + install incentives (per completed install, not per upsell)
Requirements: 2+ years residential HVAC install experience, EPA 608, comfortable with sheet metal and ductwork, brazing certification preferred
Bonus: Bryant / Trane / Carrier factory training is welcomed
Apprentice Technician
Location: Riverview HQ
Pay: Hourly during apprenticeship + paid EPA cert path
Requirements: Trade school enrollment OR willingness to enroll, mechanical aptitude, clean driving record, willingness to learn under a senior tech
What you get: 12-18 month structured ride-along with a senior tech, paid EPA 608 certification, real career path to full Service Tech role
