I write this review as a contractor and a homeowner. Contractors are often skeptical of service technicians coming to their home. We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for. I am not different. When Rodney and Lee arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. Rodney and Lee took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary – they gave me my money’s worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner. I was proud of them. I enjoyed harassing Rodney and Lee. I wish all my service technicians worked as hard and represented my company, as well as these two young technicians represented Hot 2 Cold. There is hope for our future! Thank you, Wayne Giese, and congratulations on building a company based on ethics and expertise.

I woke up this morning stepping into a small puddle of water in my hallway directly in front of my air handler. I immediately looked up at my ceiling and saw no signs of leaks. After mopping up the puddle, I checked every where I knew to check and did not find the source of the leak. After a little while, I decided it had to be the a/c that was leaking because a small amount of water appeared in front of the air handler where I'd just mopped earlier. I googled AC repair companies and decided to go with Hot 2 Cold because of their stellar customer service ratings. I spoke to a very nice young lady, I think her name is Jeanette. I explained to her my problem and she arranged service between 4:00 and 6:00 pm today. I was happy to get same day service and asked if they could come sooner if possible. She said she'd text me if someone became available sooner (and she did). I was outside trying to drain the water from the line with my shop vac (with absolutely no success, nothing was coming out) when Wayne Giese drove up. I was happily surprised that he was an hour early, as I hadn't read my text message yet from Hot 2 Cold that Wayne was on his way. Wayne quickly diagnosed the problem and began working to clear out the drain line. He explained what he had to do to clear the line and was very transparent and upfront about the cost. The line was pretty backed up and it took more than the usual chemicals and effort to clear it. But what I liked most about Wayne is that he treated my AC unit like it was his own. He would often reference what he does for his own unit and that of his other customers. He didn't like the way the kill switch was positioned on the handler and he changed it out for me Free of Charge! Now, anyone willing to do that will definitely have my repeat business! He not only replaced the part free of charge, he had to go and get it from the shop! He also stayed several extra minutes to make sure the unit restarted after replacing the kill switch. I am so happy and thankful for Wayne coming to my rescue. He was truly a Godsend! Thank you Hot 2 Cold!

Make no mistake finding a reputable contractor who has quality work and fair pricing Is extremely hard to find in this climate. When both my AC units went down I was in the verge of a panic attack because I have been burned my many contractors before. I frantically searched all over Yelp to help me not have to go to the ER and came across Hot 2 Cold. After I inquired through Yelp James contacted me and walked me through the process. James was very detail oriented and explained all the steps we were going to have to take. He answered all of my questions and eased my worrisome soul. We went over various options and I felt comfortable choosing them for the job. We were able to schedule the job very quickly. At 8am I had the team of David Dacal, Anthony Comer, Corey Burdetto, Savier Paulinho, and Gavin Carter. All this men were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job cleaning everything up and they were all very respectful of my house. I have a very tight AC unit upstairs that was giving us trouble. However no one complained and they were all determined to get the job done. I love my new AC unit and it works much better than before. This team turned a very stressful experience into a breeze! Only problem is I went to do the internal service survey and the link I had was expired. I hope this team can get credit for the amazing job they did! I will recommend this company to all of my friends family, and fellow Yelpies!

2019 Repair: my A/C stopped running. At that time, James came out and assessed the situation. He was very PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, and gave us all the options including quick fix or entire replacement of the HVAC. NO PRESSURE from him one way or the other. We chose the quick fix and he said likely it would only last us 1 more year. Fast-forward 2 years and it's still running. 2021 Reaching out: Figured it was a good time to replace the whole unit and so we went for it. Called H2C and they had our profile saved and pictures of our inside/outside unit in their file from the prior repair so they were able to give us a quote over the phone. James again reached out in a timely fashion and answered all my HVAC questions with awesome detail regarding brands, SEER ratings, etc. 2021 Day of installation: Joel, Anthony, and Corey were the technicians. PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, and DETAILED. They wore masks while inside my house, answered all my annoying questions during the installation, made sure I understood everything they did, and cleaned up the mess including sweeping and vacuuming. On top of that, they even fixed a problem I didn't know I had with my air vent at no extra charge. Will only use them here in Tampa. Amazing and honest experience from start to finish.

Great Experience! Wayne was quick to come out to assess our air conditioner issues. He got the a/c back up and working, even coming back out after it continued to not work effectively. We knew we needed a new unit since the current one was old, so we decided to go with Hot 2 Cold due to their consistent efforts to repair the old unit. Wayne came out with the technicians to ensure the job was started right and being executed properly. We now have had the unit for a week and we're sitting in the cool, not worried about the a/c breaking on us! The unit is top notch and runs nicely! The price was good, installation professional (and looks good- very neat) with great follow-up by Wayne to ensure it was installed and finished wonderfully. I will definitely be referring others to them & to ensure this unit lasts longer than the other ... I will only use this company for yearly a/c check ups!!

Verified David Martinez came to check on the aircon unit because it wasn't cooling down to the preset temp. He had identified a number of possible issues - clogging of drain line, leaking and insufficient refrigerant. The estimates of all these will amount to a big sum. After some explanations on the issues, I've decided to spread out the fixings so as to spread out the spending. David was on time, patient and willing to explain the procedures. Great Experience! Wayne was quick to come out to assess our air conditioner issues. He got the a/c back up and working, even coming back out after it continued to not work effectively. We knew we needed a new unit since the current one was old, so we decided to go with Hot 2 Cold due to their consistent efforts to repair the old unit. Wayne came out with the technicians to ensure the job was started right and being executed properly. We now have had the unit for a week and we're sitting in the cool, not worried about the a/c breaking on us! The unit is top notch and runs nicely! The price was good, installation professional (and looks good- very neat) with great follow-up by Wayne to ensure it was installed and finished wonderfully. 2019 Repair: my A/C stopped running. At that time, James came out and assessed the situation. He was very PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE,  and gave us all the options including quick fix or entire replacement of the HVAC. NO PRESSURE from him one way or the other. We chose the quick fix and he said likely it would only last us 1 more year. Fast-forward 2 years and it's still running. 2021 Reaching out: Figured it was a good time to replace the whole unit and so we went for it. Called H2C and they had our profile saved and pictures of our inside/outside unit in their file from the prior repair so they were able to give us a quote over the phone. James again reached out in a timely fashion and answered all my HVAC questions with awesome detail regarding brands, SEER ratings, etc. 2021 Day of installation: Joel, Anthony, and Corey were the technicians. PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, and DETAILED. They wore masks while inside my house, answered all my annoying questions during the installation, made sure I understood everything they did, and cleaned up the mess including sweeping and vacuuming. On top of that, they even fixed a problem I didn't know I had with my air vent at no extra charge. Will only use them here in Tampa. Amazing and honest experience from start to finish.

Wayne was amazing. Even though he could not fix my issue (not due to him but the previous company that messed up when installing my new unit) he really took his time to try to figure out my problem. He was able to make something work as I try to contact the other company to fix their wrong doing. Very through and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him taking his time to explain everything. I will definitely use them in the future after I get the other company to fix their mistake.

I woke up this morning stepping into a small puddle of water in my hallway directly in front of my air handler.  I immediately looked up at my ceiling and saw no signs of leaks.  After mopping up the puddle, I checked every where I knew to check and did not find the source of the leak.  After a little while, I decided it had to be the a/c that was leaking because a small amount of water appeared in front of the air handler where I'd just mopped earlier.  I googled AC repair companies and decided to go with Hot 2 Cold because of their stellar customer service ratings.  I spoke to a very nice young lady, I think her name is Jeanette.  I explained to her my problem and she arranged service between 4:00 and 6:00 pm today.  I was happy to get same day service and asked if they could come sooner if possible.  She said she'd text me if someone became available sooner (and she did).  I was outside trying to drain the water from the line with my shop vac (with absolutely no success, nothing was coming out) when Wayne Giese drove up.   I was happily surprised that he was an hour early, as I hadn't read my text message yet from Hot 2 Cold that Wayne was on his way.  Wayne quickly diagnosed the problem and began working to clear out the drain line.  He explained what he had to do to clear the line and was very transparent and upfront about the cost. The line was pretty backed up and it took more than the usual chemicals and effort to clear it.  But what I liked most about Wayne is that he treated my AC unit like it was his own.  He would often reference what he does for his own unit and that of his other customers.  He didn't like the way the kill switch was positioned on the handler and he changed it out for me Free of Charge!  Now, anyone willing to do that will definitely have my repeat  business! He not only replaced the part free of charge, he had to go and get it from the shop!  He also stayed several extra minutes to make sure the unit restarted after replacing the kill switch.  I am so happy and thankful for Wayne coming to my rescue.  He was truly a Godsend!  Thank you Hot 2 Cold!

I write this review as a contractor and a homeowner. Contractors are often skeptical of service technicians coming to their home. We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for. I am not different. When Rodney and Lee arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. Rodney and Lee took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary – they gave me my money’s worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner.  I was proud of them. I enjoyed harassing Rodney and Lee. I wish all my service technicians worked as hard and represented my company, as well as these two young technicians represented Hot 2 Cold. There is hope for our future! Thank you, Wayne Giese, and congratulations on building a company based on ethics and expertise.

Make no mistake finding a reputable contractor who has quality work and fair pricing Is extremely hard to find in this climate. When both my AC units went down I was in the verge of a panic attack because I have been burned my many contractors before. I frantically searched all over Yelp to help me not have to go to the ER and came across Hot 2 Cold. After I inquired through Yelp James contacted me and walked me through the process. James was very detail oriented and explained all the steps we were going to have to take. He answered all of my questions and eased my worrisome soul. We went over various options and I felt comfortable choosing them for the job. We were able to schedule the job very quickly. At 8am I had the team of David Dacal, Anthony Comer, Corey Burdetto, Savier Paulinho, and Gavin Carter. All this men were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job cleaning everything up and they were all very respectful of my house. I have a very tight AC unit upstairs that was giving us trouble. However no one complained and they were all determined to get the job done. I love my new AC unit and it works much better than before. This team turned a very stressful experience into a breeze! Only problem is I went to do the internal service survey and the link I had was expired. I hope this team can get credit for the amazing job they did! I will recommend this company to all of my friends family, and fellow Yelpies!

Rodney diagnosis the issue accurately. At first we thought it was just the thermostat, but with further inspection the motor axel had rusted out.Rodney had it back up and running within a day. So happy because the hot days of summer are coming.

James Thornsberry, the engineer, came over within a few hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. There was a problem with the unit above us and he didn't hesitate to assist all of us. James was extremely kind and polite throughout the process. This is the best experience I've had with servicing for my AC in this area and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND James and the company. It has been nothing but trouble a week after installation. I was told about Hot 2 Cold air and the owner Wayne along with techs James and Warren have been exceedingly helpful. At least 4 occasions they've repaired leaks in my unit. I'm tired of the old unit in constant need of repair. Freon was replaced this visit. Tired of being nickel and dimed to death i asked, under no pressure from Warren, showed me a/c units from the low to high end. I decided to get a unit that fit both my square footage and price range.  Verified Hot 2 Cold saved me $600 and probably a lot more. A week ago AAA Airconditioning Service from Tampa, highly recommended by 'Angie's List' had done a '23-point-inspection'.  They suggested a R-22 leak detection because "You have a leaking system" AAA mechanic Rudolph told us. "Sorry about your leak" he said when he handed me his report and took of. After he left my husband noticed that Rudolph had forgotten to put the cap on the Schrader valve of our compressor. Since we had our doubts about the whole AAA inspection we looked for a reliable Air conditioning Company and called 'Hot 2 Cold'. They were nice and courteous and  sent out 'John' the same day,  who checked everything and told us our system was working great.  Nothing wrong!  Pressure is okay. No leaks.........."Have a nice day" he said when he left. Boy, they are honest - maybe one of the few in the Tampa Bay area- and I will definitely call them again!

 Verified Our air conditioning went out after we lost power and it came back on. Wayne at Hot 2 Cold had a technician out here within two hours of my call which was 8:30 pm Saturday.  They needed to take the fan and motor to the shop and said they would be back in the morning.  Wayne called and showed up the next  morning and fixed the air as promised, at the price they quoted on the original call!!!  Thanks so much for the fast professional service!!!  Hot 2 Cold is my airconditioning service from now on!!!

James came out at 8 pm the night we called and evaluated our problem. He put together options for us and was honest about what direction he thought we should take. James had a team out that Saturday who replaced our outdoor and indoor units. They were courteous, clean, and polite, and got the job done quickly with no damage whatsoever. They even came out at 10 pm a few nights later to replace a factory-faulty thermostat. John and Jason were so incredibly helpful at diagnosing the  problems with our AC that were causing our electric bill to skyrocket. They were professional and friendly. Without asking, they both wore protective shoe booties every time they walked in our home. We will certainly use them again next time we have an AC problem.

 Verified AC stopped working in the early morning hours. Called Hot2Cold based on Yelp reviews and I was very impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. I was given a two hour window that was reasonable and met my needs. Soon before the appointment window I was notified that Jason would be the technician dispatched and he arrived within 3 minutes of the scheduled start time! Jason was VERY knowledgeable, professional and quickly determined a wiring problem from prior maintenance another company had performed was the cause of the issue. He provided me with additional maintenance options for my consideration but never pressured me to purchase now. I WILL use them again and recommend to family and friends!

 Verified I dreaded dealing with my AC.  I knew it was getting really old and at risk of dying.  The fan motor broke and I went looking for a company to fix it.  Hot 2 Cold was among the three best rated AC companies on Yelp - all with 5 star ratings - and they were available over the weekend - which is when it broke, of course.  I looked at the ratings of every AC company that puts coupons in ValPak.  All got ratings at 3 or below except one. At Hot 2 Cold, initially I dealt with Wayne, the owner, and Warren.  I brought up the possibility of getting a new AC since the one I had was so old - and I dreaded it breaking when I was out of town.  Between the two of them, I got a really fair deal - and decided to bite the bullet and get a new one.  They fixed me up so I would have AC over the weekend and sent two of their guys out on Monday to install a new one.  Stuart and Jason - both were very nice, explained anything I wanted to know.  All in all I will not dread dealing with my AC again (hopefully I won't need to) as long as I have Hot 2 Cold around!  Thank you Wayne, Warren, Stuart and Jason.

 Verified Many companies see customers as just a drop in the bucket, the few that take an opposite approach tend to last longer and earn new business. Hot 2 Cold appears to be more of the latter. I was having issues with my a/c the past few days, somehow my appointment fell through the cracks at H2C and I that forced me to go another day with no a/c, the fact that this all happened during the peak of the summer season was like pouring salt on a wound. H2C reached out to correct the mistake and make things right. My agent (Heath) stopped in the next day and took care of my issue. He was professional, understanding, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the work completed. His main concern was ensuring that I was satisfied with the work performed. My a/c is running smoothly now thanks to H2C. I will always give credit where credit is due. H2C recognized the mistake and more than made up for it. I couldn't be happier.  Verified Our A/C stopped working two Saturdays ago and the high of the day was going to be 96. To make matters worse, we had family and friends arriving later in the afternoon for a BBQ. After glancing at the top rated A/C repair companies on Yelp, my husband found Hot 2 Cold. Hot 2 Cold had several appointments scheduled that morning, but they said they could be at our house around noon. As promised, Hot 2 Cold arrived around 12:30pm. The repairman, John Campbell, was fantastic. Initially, John thought the issue was our A/C's transformer and unfortunately he did not have the part with him so he called his colleagues in the area to see if we could get the part brought to our house. After further inspection John found out the issue was actually our float switch. By 2pm we had cold air blasting through our house again! John could have charged us an arm and a leg for his Saturday visit, but he kept the price as fair as possible and we now know to add bleach to our A/C to avoid this repair again. If we ever need our A/C repaired again we will definitely call Hot 2 Cold!

We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for.I am not different. When ****** and *** arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. ****** and *** took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary they gave me my moneys worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner. I was proud of them.I enjoyed harassing ****** and ***. I wish all my service technicians worked as hard and represented my company, as well as these two young technicians represented Hot 2 Cold. They scheduled us an appointment for first thing Saturday morning.  John came out and spent time working with us on all the options and what would be best.  He was sympathetic to our situation and really went the extra mile to help make us feel comfortable.  After deciding on a system that would work best, he got us set up with an install Monday morning. Our install team was led by Devin, and I can't say enough about the hard work they put in.  They were at our house by 8am, but some warehouse issues (nothing to do with them) caused them to have to be at our house all day and into the night.  At no point did they consider leaving the job until the next day.  They worked until they were finished (9:30pm) and were always willing to answer any questions we had despite hours of work.  They cleaned up everything and explained the full system to  us despite over 12 hours onsite. My family could not have been happier to find Hot2Cold.

 Verified I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother. Her 8-year-old HVAC system was giving her issues so she started calling around for repairs. The first four companies she called told her that she needed a new system, but gave conflicting reasons. I looked them all up on Yelp and none were well reviewed. So I gave her a few good options and implored her to get additional estimates. She had Hot 2 Cold come out and they were the only company that told her that her system could be repaired. She scheduled the service and said that the service technician was incredibly clean and professional. Within a few hours, they had the system up and running again. In their initial consult, they said that this system, once repaired, could last another 2-5 years. If that holds true, then they really did save her a significant amount of money. She is very grateful and would recommend Hot 2 Cold without reservation.

People seemed to really like Hot2Cold and now I know why. I called Hot2Cold in the morning and they were able to give me an evening appointment that same day. James arrived on time, was professional, nice and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it in less than an hour. The fee was reasonable too!  Verified These guys are awesome. We were in a bind today since we were supposed to be leaving to move to Illinois and the night before our air conditioner tripped its float switch. We called these guys and they were nice enough to save us some money by telling us how we could fix the problem by clearing out the condensation line. It worked! If we were to stay in the area we would definitely use these guys in the future. They were very nice and helpful.

 Verified I had an issue with me air conditioner that suddenly went out after a home inspector came to my house.  I was previously told that the issue was a result of one thing which cane with a hefty price tag. I called Hot 2 Cold and technician Warren came in less than 3 hrs. He immediately diagnosed the problem which was a quick and low cost service. Warren was informative and professional. I see why Hot 2 Cold is #1 in customer service within Tampa.

 Verified ..."Hot-2-Cold" should receive the "Best in Tampa" award as I have called them twice over the past 28 months: In Nov 2018, my 98 YO mother had a kitchen fire incident that carried smoke throughout the 2BR condo, causing the AC to stop cooling and the temp rose to 90'. Mom had the Air filter changed and I called Hot-2-Cold;  James arrived the same day and found no damage to the AC or the ducting system. There was no charge for the solution James added to clean the condensing unit run-off line. ...Fast forward to to Feb 2021; Three months after we purchased a nearby 2BR home, our AC failed on a warm, 84' day. Called Hot-2-Cold again and Michael arrived 4 hours after my call. He found the "coolant" was leaking, but suggested we call the company that installed the AC as the warranty was still good from the installing company. NO CHARGE  from Hot-2-Cold, but "Hot-2-Cold" is how you spell HONEST, in capitol letters...

 Verified My AC stopped working in the middle of the night and with these high temps, I had to find someone ASAP. I spent some time asking for recommendations, researching and reading reviews; based on this I decided to go with Hot 2 Cold and they didn't disappoint. I contacted them via Yelp and within 15 mins I got a response and a call back. They gave me a scheduled window letting me know when the tech was going to arrive, right before he arrived I got a text with a short mini bio of the tech along with a picture which immediately made me feel comfortable knowing who was coming into my house.  James arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was professional, clean (wore booties in the house) and explained every step in the process, telling me how much it was going to cost before he started. Thankfully he was able to get my AC up and running and recommended a few other things which I will schedule with Hot 2 Cold in the near future. Overall this company had excellent communication, fair prices and knowledgeable techs!

 Verified Warren did a fantastic job fixing our AC. Our system went down on a Friday evening and there was no way I could go until Monday without AC. Warren was on time, professional, courteous, thorough, non smoker, and I will definitely request to have him back if something were to go wrong again.  Verified We called Hot2Cold after a horrible experience with another company. We moved in to our new house and were told that we had to replace our entire unit. I was 37 weeks pregnant at the time and we didn't do our research and allowed that company to replace our unit. Well, a couple of days after the install, we noticed that unit wasn't cooling to lower than 76 degrees during the day. The owner told us it was due to it being so hot outside and that it was impossible to cool a home to lower than 76 during the summer. I've never heard of such a load of crap in my life. The unit literally ran all day and night and they couldn't figure out or explain why it wouldn't cool our home during the day. About a week later, we came to our senses, demanded they remove the unit and give us a full refund, and we called Hot2Cold to bring us a bring new unit. They offered us a better quality, higher ton unit for $3k less. It was installed that same day and has worked perfect ever since. They called me several times to make sure I was happy with the unit and even came to look at it to make sure it was running as efficiently as possible. We will never use another air conditioning company to help us with any problems we have in the future.

 Verified My AC wasn't working.  I called them at 7:50 am on a Saturday.  They we at our house by 10:30am!   The guy that showed up was extremely nice and professional.  He did a process of elimination.  He determined that they would have to get up into the attic area to see what was going on.  He had his associate come out right away to help him. They found the issue, fixed it, cleaned up, and put a process in place to help prevent the same issue happening again.  They were awesome. If I need my AC serviced or fixed, I am for sure using them.  They were extremely well priced for the work they did!

It was a simple draining issue but he did a thorough job and explained the what and the how very clearly. Spoke at length as well about DIY simple maintenance to help avoid this type of problem in the future to get the most out of your AC.

 Verified Yesterday I had the pleasure of coming home to an extremely hot house. The fan on the outside unit stopped working. No Bueno. Thankfully I found these guys at Hot 2 Cold! I called and Wayne had someone there in about an hour. The technician that showed up was polite, efficient & professional. Most importantly, he quickly fixed my problem. Thankfully it was only the capacitor. The price for the call out better than some but more than others. Overall the cost was reasonable and I would recommend these guys to my own family or friends.

 Verified I had hot and cold come out to service my A/C because the heat was turning on randomly and making the house super hot. So Geraldo came out the next day to take a look walked out checked the system and everything inside as well luckily it turned out to be our nest was not working after 5 years so we ended up getting a new one. But I was happy with the time frame and the effort they put in to making sure nothing else was wrong.

 Verified I had a clogged pipe issue, no water is dripping from the exterior pipe and a clog needed to be cleared, no mystery. Two other companies I rang prior to H2C tried to hustle the situation being vague. H2C was straightforward and direct on the phone unlike the other two companies. James arrived and promptly took care of the issue, he was knowledgeable and forthcoming, provided helpful advice to lingering concerns that I was curious about with my unit.
