I wish I could give 10 stars. From the moment I called to the moment the work truck pulled away I felt like Hot2Cold had my back. I arrived to help my ailing father and he had no AC.  These guys were on it immediately.  What a game changer in this 90+F and 90% humidity.  Micheal was a complete saint working ALL day on a Saturday in the extreme heat and humidity from 8 am to 4pm to do an install.  I thought with is dedication that he owned the company. Hot2Cold is lucky to have such a dedicated  employee and we are so blessed to have gotten him as a senior tech.  Give that guy a raise! I write this review as a contractor and a homeowner. Contractors are often skeptical of service technicians coming to their home. We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for.

I am not different. When Rodney and Lee arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. Rodney and Lee took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary – they gave me my money’s worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner.  I was proud of them.

I enjoyed harassing Rodney and Lee. I wish all my service technicians worked as hard and represented my company, as well as these two young technicians represented Hot 2 Cold. There is hope for our future!

I woke up this morning stepping into a small puddle of water in my hallway directly in front of my air handler.  I immediately looked up at my ceiling and saw no signs of leaks.  After mopping up the puddle, I checked every where I knew to check and did not find the source of the leak.  After a little while, I decided it had to be the a/c that was leaking because a small amount of water appeared in front of the air handler where I'd just mopped earlier.  I googled AC repair companies and decided to go with Hot 2 Cold because of their stellar customer service ratings.  I spoke to a very nice young lady, I think her name is Jeanette.  I explained to her my problem and she arranged service between 4:00 and 6:00 pm today.  I was happy to get same day service and asked if they could come sooner if possible.  She said she'd text me if someone became available sooner (and she did).  I was outside trying to drain the water from the line with my shop vac (with absolutely no success, nothing was coming out) when Wayne Giese drove up.   I was happily surprised that he was an hour early, as I hadn't read my text message yet from Hot 2 Cold that Wayne was on his way.  Wayne quickly diagnosed the problem and began working to clear out the drain line.  He explained what he had to do to clear the line and was very transparent and upfront about the cost. The line was pretty backed up and it took more than the usual chemicals and effort to clear it.  But what I liked most about Wayne is that he treated my AC unit like it was his own.  He would often reference what he does for his own unit and that of his other customers.  He didn't like the way the kill switch was positioned on the handler and he changed it out for me Free of Charge!  Now, anyone willing to do that will definitely have my repeat  business! He not only replaced the part free of charge, he had to go and get it from the shop!  He also stayed several extra minutes to make sure the unit restarted after replacing the kill switch.  I am so happy and thankful for Wayne coming to my rescue.  He was truly a Godsend!  Thank you Hot 2 Cold!

Make no mistake finding a reputable contractor who has quality work and fair pricing Is extremely hard to find in this climate. When both my AC units went down I was in the verge of a panic attack because I have been burned my many contractors before. I frantically searched all over Yelp to help me not have to go to the ER and came across Hot 2 Cold. After I inquired through Yelp James contacted me and walked me through the process. James was very detail oriented and explained all the steps we were going to have to take. He answered all of my questions and eased my worrisome soul. We went over various options and I felt comfortable choosing them for the job. We were able to schedule the job very quickly. At 8am I had the team of David Dacal, Anthony Comer, Corey Burdetto, Savier Paulinho, and Gavin Carter. All this men were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job cleaning everything up and they were all very respectful of my house. I have a very tight AC unit upstairs that was giving us trouble. However no one complained and they were all determined to get the job done. I love my new AC unit and it works much better than before. This team turned a very stressful experience into a breeze! Only problem is I went to do the internal service survey and the link I had was expired. I hope this team can get credit for the amazing job they did! I will recommend this company to all of my friends family, and fellow Yelpies!

2019 Repair: my A/C stopped running. At that time, James came out and assessed the situation. He was very PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE,  and gave us all the options including quick fix or entire replacement of the HVAC. NO PRESSURE from him one way or the other. We chose the quick fix and he said likely it would only last us 1 more year. Fast-forward 2 years and it's still running. 

2021 Reaching out: Figured it was a good time to replace the whole unit and so we went for it. Called H2C and they had our profile saved and pictures of our inside/outside unit in their file from the prior repair so they were able to give us a quote over the phone. James again reached out in a timely fashion and answered all my HVAC questions with awesome detail regarding brands, SEER ratings, etc. 

2021 Day of installation: Joel, Anthony, and Corey were the technicians. PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, and DETAILED. They wore masks while inside my house, answered all my annoying questions during the installation, made sure I understood everything they did, and cleaned up the mess including sweeping and vacuuming. On top of that, they even fixed a problem I didn't know I had with my air vent at no extra charge. 

Will only use them here in Tampa. Amazing and honest experience from start to finish.

Great Experience! Wayne was quick to come out to assess our air conditioner issues. He got the a/c back up and working, even coming back out after it continued to not work effectively. We knew we needed a new unit since the current one was old, so we decided to go with Hot 2 Cold due to their consistent efforts to repair the old unit. Wayne came out with the technicians to ensure the job was started right and being executed properly. We now have had the unit for a week and we're sitting in the cool, not worried about the a/c breaking on us! The unit is top notch and runs nicely! The price was good, installation professional (and looks good- very neat) with great follow-up by Wayne to ensure it was installed and finished wonderfully. I will definitely be referring others to them & to ensure this unit lasts longer than the other ... I will only use this company for yearly a/c check ups!!

 Verified David Martinez came to check on the aircon unit because it wasn't cooling down to the preset temp. He had identified a number of possible issues - clogging of drain line, leaking and insufficient refrigerant. The estimates of all these will amount to a big sum. 
After some explanations on the issues, I've decided to spread out the fixings so as to spread out the spending.

We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for.I am not different. When ****** and *** arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. ****** and *** took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary they gave me my moneys worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner. I was proud of them.I enjoyed harassing ****** and ***. I wish all my service technicians worked as hard and represented my company, as well as these two young technicians represented Hot 2 Cold. It has been nothing but trouble a week after installation. I was told about Hot 2 Cold air and the owner Wayne along with techs James and Warren have been exceedingly helpful. At least 4 occasions they've repaired leaks in my unit. I'm tired of the old unit in constant need of repair. Freon was replaced this visit. Tired of being nickel and dimed to death i asked, under no pressure from Warren, showed me a/c units from the low to high end. I decided to get a unit that fit both my square footage and price range. James came out at 8 pm the night we called and evaluated our problem. He put together options for us and was honest about what direction he thought we should take. James had a team out that Saturday who replaced our outdoor and indoor units. They were courteous, clean, and polite, and got the job done quickly with no damage whatsoever. They even came out at 10 pm a few nights later to replace a factory-faulty thermostat. Great Experience! Wayne was quick to come out to assess our air conditioner issues. He got the a/c back up and working, even coming back out after it continued to not work effectively. We knew we needed a new unit since the current one was old, so we decided to go with Hot 2 Cold due to their consistent efforts to repair the old unit. Wayne came out with the technicians to ensure the job was started right and being executed properly. We now have had the unit for a week and we're sitting in the cool, not worried about the a/c breaking on us! The unit is top notch and runs nicely! The price was good, installation professional (and looks good- very neat) with great follow-up by Wayne to ensure it was installed and finished wonderfully. I will definitely be referring others to them & to ensure this unit lasts longer than the other ... I will only use this company for yearly a/c check ups!!

Rodney diagnosis the issue accurately. At first we thought it was just the thermostat, but with further inspection the motor axel had rusted out.Rodney had it back up and running within a day. So happy because the hot days of summer are coming.

I woke up this morning stepping into a small puddle of water in my hallway directly in front of my air handler.  I immediately looked up at my ceiling and saw no signs of leaks.  After mopping up the puddle, I checked every where I knew to check and did not find the source of the leak.  After a little while, I decided it had to be the a/c that was leaking because a small amount of water appeared in front of the air handler where I'd just mopped earlier.  I googled AC repair companies and decided to go with Hot 2 Cold because of their stellar customer service ratings.  I spoke to a very nice young lady, I think her name is Jeanette.  I explained to her my problem and she arranged service between 4:00 and 6:00 pm today.  I was happy to get same day service and asked if they could come sooner if possible.  She said she'd text me if someone became available sooner (and she did).  I was outside trying to drain the water from the line with my shop vac (with absolutely no success, nothing was coming out) when Wayne Giese drove up.   I was happily surprised that he was an hour early, as I hadn't read my text message yet from Hot 2 Cold that Wayne was on his way.  Wayne quickly diagnosed the problem and began working to clear out the drain line.  He explained what he had to do to clear the line and was very transparent and upfront about the cost. The line was pretty backed up and it took more than the usual chemicals and effort to clear it.  But what I liked most about Wayne is that he treated my AC unit like it was his own.  He would often reference what he does for his own unit and that of his other customers.  He didn't like the way the kill switch was positioned on the handler and he changed it out for me Free of Charge!  Now, anyone willing to do that will definitely have my repeat  business! He not only replaced the part free of charge, he had to go and get it from the shop!  He also stayed several extra minutes to make sure the unit restarted after replacing the kill switch.  I am so happy and thankful for Wayne coming to my rescue.  He was truly a Godsend!  Thank you Hot 2 Cold!

Make no mistake finding a reputable contractor who has quality work and fair pricing Is extremely hard to find in this climate. When both my AC units went down I was in the verge of a panic attack because I have been burned my many contractors before. I frantically searched all over Yelp to help me not have to go to the ER and came across Hot 2 Cold. After I inquired through Yelp James contacted me and walked me through the process. James was very detail oriented and explained all the steps we were going to have to take. He answered all of my questions and eased my worrisome soul. We went over various options and I felt comfortable choosing them for the job. We were able to schedule the job very quickly. At 8am I had the team of David Dacal, Anthony Comer, Corey Burdetto, Savier Paulinho, and Gavin Carter. All this men were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job cleaning everything up and they were all very respectful of my house. I have a very tight AC unit upstairs that was giving us trouble. However no one complained and they were all determined to get the job done. I love my new AC unit and it works much better than before. This team turned a very stressful experience into a breeze! Only problem is I went to do the internal service survey and the link I had was expired. I hope this team can get credit for the amazing job they did! I will recommend this company to all of my friends family, and fellow Yelpies!

I write this review as a contractor and a homeowner. Contractors are often skeptical of service technicians coming to their home. We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for.

I am not different. When Rodney and Lee arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. Rodney and Lee took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary – they gave me my money’s worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner.  I was proud of them.

I enjoyed harassing Rodney and Lee. I wish all my service technicians worked as hard and represented my company, as well as these two young technicians represented Hot 2 Cold. There is hope for our future!

Wayne was amazing. Even though he could not fix my issue (not due to him but the previous company that messed up when installing my new unit) he really took his time to try to figure out my problem. He was able to make something work as I try to contact the other company to fix their wrong doing. Very through and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him taking his time to explain everything. 2019 Repair: my A/C stopped running. At that time, James came out and assessed the situation. He was very PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE,  and gave us all the options including quick fix or entire replacement of the HVAC. NO PRESSURE from him one way or the other. We chose the quick fix and he said likely it would only last us 1 more year. Fast-forward 2 years and it's still running. 

2021 Reaching out: Figured it was a good time to replace the whole unit and so we went for it. Called H2C and they had our profile saved and pictures of our inside/outside unit in their file from the prior repair so they were able to give us a quote over the phone. James again reached out in a timely fashion and answered all my HVAC questions with awesome detail regarding brands, SEER ratings, etc. 

2021 Day of installation: Joel, Anthony, and Corey were the technicians. PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, and DETAILED. They wore masks while inside my house, answered all my annoying questions during the installation, made sure I understood everything they did, and cleaned up the mess including sweeping and vacuuming. On top of that, they even fixed a problem I didn't know I had with my air vent at no extra charge. 

Will only use them here in Tampa. Amazing and honest experience from start to finish.

I wish I could give 10 stars. From the moment I called to the moment the work truck pulled away I felt like Hot2Cold had my back. I arrived to help my ailing father and he had no AC.  These guys were on it immediately.  What a game changer in this 90+F and 90% humidity.  Micheal was a complete saint working ALL day on a Saturday in the extreme heat and humidity from 8 am to 4pm to do an install.  I thought with is dedication that he owned the company. Hot2Cold is lucky to have such a dedicated  employee and we are so blessed to have gotten him as a senior tech.  Give that guy a raise! Much to my surprise they were out to my place within an hour of me calling and were able to give me a quote that was much better than the competition. We have had 3 issues with our AC system in the last 2 years and each time Hot 2 Cold has taken care of us without any problems.  Their technicians are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable and they take the time to explain all the issues and the costs.  This time James came out, diagnosed the problem, had the proper part in his truck, replaced it and had the system running again within an hour.

Scheduling with them is a great too!  Because my wife & I both work it is sometimes difficult to have someone home when the tech is scheduled to arrive , but their "heads up" text to my cell phone allowed us to inform the tech that my wife was running late from work, but was on the way....it was "No Problem".

 Verified David Martinez came to check on the aircon unit because it wasn't cooling down to the preset temp. He had identified a number of possible issues - clogging of drain line, leaking and insufficient refrigerant. The estimates of all these will amount to a big sum. 
After some explanations on the issues, I've decided to spread out the fixings so as to spread out the spending.
David was on time, patient and willing to explain the procedures. I'd highly recommend him and the company. Rae from the office was very helpful in handling all the scheduling. Thank you.

 Verified An outstanding experience and company. Wayne, Heath, and Anthony were terrific. I had a very bad experience with the original A/C company where I purchased the unit a few years ago. They were only interested in falsifying what was broken to get me to purchase a new unit.

Hot 2 Cold was fantastic from start to finish. Wayne listened to my problem and had technicians on site the next day. Exactly the time he said they would be there!

Heath and Anthony are top-notch technicians that know their stuff. Diagnosed and fixed the unit perfectly. 

Pricing was very reasonable and worth every penny. Quality of work was incredible (even down to ensuring everything was left clean and tidy). Doing what you say you are going to do, actually doing it, and with great people is hard to find these days.

Hot 2 Cold is the only company I will utilize going forward. Very happy I found them.

Found these guys on yelp when I needed a new 5 ton AC unit for my home. This was for a rental property that I own.  What made my predicament even more stressful was the fact that I don't live in Tampa. So, I really didn't have a company that I was familiar with and one that I initially felt that I could rely on...

These guys were outstanding! Wayne and Heath took care of my AC issue quickly and professionally. And like I said, their price was more than fair. I checked two other vendors on similar units in addition to calling Hot2cold. Each of those companies wanted to charge me more than $2,000 greater than Hot2cold. Then when I told them what I was paying Hot2cold, all of a sudden they were willing to match the price... I told them "thanks but no thanks. I'll be sticking with Hot2cold since they were honest from the start!" It's unfortunate how many unscrupulous companies are out there just waiting to take advantage of the consumer...Trust me, Hot2cold is  the way to go!

 Verified I had an issue with me air conditioner that suddenly went out after a home inspector came to my house.  I was previously told that the issue was a result of one thing which cane with a hefty price tag. I called Hot 2 Cold and technician Warren came in less than 3 hrs. He immediately diagnosed the problem which was a quick and low cost service. 

Warren was informative and professional. I see why Hot 2 Cold is #1 in customer service within Tampa.

We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for.I am not different. When ****** and *** arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. ****** and *** took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary they gave me my moneys worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner. I was proud of them.I enjoyed harassing ****** and ***. I wish all my service technicians worked as hard and represented my company, as well as these two young technicians represented Hot 2 Cold.  Verified We called Hot2Cold after a horrible experience with another company. We moved in to our new house and were told that we had to replace our entire unit. I was 37 weeks pregnant at the time and we didn't do our research and allowed that company to replace our unit. Well, a couple of days after the install, we noticed that unit wasn't cooling to lower than 76 degrees during the day. The owner told us it was due to it being so hot outside and that it was impossible to cool a home to lower than 76 during the summer. I've never heard of such a load of crap in my life. The unit literally ran all day and night and they couldn't figure out or explain why it wouldn't cool our home during the day. About a week later, we came to our senses, demanded they remove the unit and give us a full refund, and we called Hot2Cold to bring us a bring new unit. They offered us a better quality, higher ton unit for $3k less. It was installed that same day and has worked perfect ever since. They called me several times to make sure I was happy with the unit and even came to look at it to make sure it was running as efficiently as possible. We will never use another air conditioning company to help us with any problems we have in the future.

It has been nothing but trouble a week after installation. I was told about Hot 2 Cold air and the owner Wayne along with techs James and Warren have been exceedingly helpful. At least 4 occasions they've repaired leaks in my unit. I'm tired of the old unit in constant need of repair. Freon was replaced this visit. Tired of being nickel and dimed to death i asked, under no pressure from Warren, showed me a/c units from the low to high end. I decided to get a unit that fit both my square footage and price range.  Verified My AC stopped working in the middle of the night and with these high temps, I had to find someone ASAP. I spent some time asking for recommendations, researching and reading reviews; based on this I decided to go with Hot 2 Cold and they didn't disappoint. I contacted them via Yelp and within 15 mins I got a response and a call back. They gave me a scheduled window letting me know when the tech was going to arrive, right before he arrived I got a text with a short mini bio of the tech along with a picture which immediately made me feel comfortable knowing who was coming into my house.  James arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was professional, clean (wore booties in the house) and explained every step in the process, telling me how much it was going to cost before he started. Thankfully he was able to get my AC up and running and recommended a few other things which I will schedule with Hot 2 Cold in the near future. Overall this company had excellent communication, fair prices and knowledgeable techs!

 Verified This review is way overdue. In 2018, I used Hot2Cold for an A/C issue at my last home. James T. came out and looked at everything.  Offered me four options ranging from very inexpensive and temporary up to the Taj Mahal of replacement A/Cs.  I went with a replacement and the whole process was easy, honest, and fair.  My monthly electric bill went down. My hot room was no longer hot. So, I kept James' business card.  
So now I bought a new house and moved in 3 weeks ago.  I discovered the A/C was running but no cold air.  Called a local outfit and was quoted $2300 to fix or $5600/$8950 to replace.  My replacement a/c unit at the old place cost less than the $8950 for the same level of unit, so I called James at Hot2Cold for a second opinion and a quote.  He came out and looked at everything. He determined the A/C needed a fix, and for a lot less than $2300 my A/C is up and running.  James is the nicest guy and is VERY knowledgable about A/C. He is not typically a repair guy, but he really came through for me today.  And yes, when it is time to replace my A/C I will be going to Hot2Cold.  James made me a Hot2Cold customer for life.

From the moment I called to the moment the work truck pulled away I felt like Hot2Cold had my back. I arrived to help my ailing father and he had no AC.  These guys were on it immediately.  What a game changer in this 90+F and 90% humidity.  Micheal was a complete saint working ALL day on a Saturday in the extreme heat and humidity from 8 am to 4pm to do an install.  I thought with is dedication that he owned the company. Hot2Cold is lucky to have such a dedicated  employee and we are so blessed to have gotten him as a senior tech.  Give that guy a raise!  Verified Hector (the technician) was very professional, knowledgable, and  courteous. I had a million questions and he had zero issues answering all of them. I couldn't be happier. I loved the fact that he wore a mask and presented himself as a true professional. 

From the moment I called to the end of the repair, I knew that this company prides itself with customer service. The dispatcher was friendly and actually listened to what was going on. The estimated arrival times provided was spot on too. 

During these trying times where emotions and the level of frustration is high, I constantly ran across service reps who are rude and grouchy. This company, however, gave me a new perspective and hope in our service industry. I would recommend this company to anybody.

 Verified Great experience and definitely a company I would recommend to friends and family. Called late Sunday afternoon and had a tech at my door by 9am the following day. Everyone from the young lady setting the appointment to the technician Jason who arrived on time were super friendly and had great customer service which is a lost art these days. Jason diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it at a cost under $170. Though Jason made some additional recommendation of items to enhance system performance there was no pressure sales. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I received a text within the hour of the tech announcing he was coming and a picture. Heath was courteous, professional and diagnosed the problem. He told me the part was under warranty and gave me a rate for labor. He left and got the part (fan blower) installed it and my unit is quietly humming and blowing cold air. All in under 2 hours. I get excited when I find people and service like this because its more of an exception than a rule  these days. I see why they are rated so highly.

 Verified After having a few issues w/ another company I had used for a few years - I decided it was time to find someone else to work on my AC unit. I asked around and I received Wayne's # from a friend who had used him a few times and loved him. I gave Wayne a call at 2p, he asked if we were around that night because he had a job in the area but could stop by after, his tec was at my house by 8:30p that night!  Verified Yesterday I had the pleasure of coming home to an extremely hot house. The fan on the outside unit stopped working. No Bueno. 
Thankfully I found these guys at Hot 2 Cold! I called and Wayne had someone there in about an hour. The technician that showed up was polite, efficient & professional. Most importantly, he quickly fixed my problem. Thankfully it was only the capacitor. The price for the call out better than some but more than others. Overall the cost was reasonable and I would recommend these guys to my own family or friends.

 Verified AC stopped working in the early morning hours. Called Hot2Cold based on Yelp reviews and I was very impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. I was given a two hour window that was reasonable and met my needs. Soon before the appointment window I was notified that Jason would be the technician dispatched and he arrived within 3 minutes of the scheduled start time! 

Jason was VERY knowledgeable, professional and quickly determined a wiring problem from prior maintenance another company had performed was the cause of the issue. He provided me with additional maintenance options for my consideration but never pressured me to purchase now. I WILL use them again and recommend to family and friends!

 Verified Very pleased with the service. My condo unit needed a thorough a/c maintenance cleaning and it wasn't blowing cold. The compressor needed to have a capacitor replaced and freon added. The tech; Mr. Campbell had to climb on top of the roof to access the compressor. Once the repairs were made the a/c blew like an arctic blast. Mr. Campbell ensured everything was operating properly before he left. The price was very reasonable and I'll hire Hot2Cold again when needed. I highly recommend.

 Verified After receiving bad service(refusal to give me a time interval for an appt, and other issues) from a local AC company who had my loyal business for 10 years, I located Hot 2 Cold via Yelp reviews. Spoke with Wayne after describing my AC unit issues(not enough coolant) etc. He quickly dispatched one of his employees who was very professional, timely and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and charged a reasonable price for the service and replacement part. And for once I was not in need of freon which seemed to be the "solution" (an expensive one too!) every time the previous AC contractor came to my home .

 Verified Better than One Hour Air Conditioning for sure! Called at 152pm on Saturday (Memorial Day weekend) with 4 kids and 2 dogs in house and house temp got up to 88 degrees! They arrived at 748pm. Technician was pleasant and quick! Got it back working in less than an hour. They are my new AC folks! Not 5 stars cause they told me 4pm, then 6pm, and I had to call to get status, nobody called me to inform me. Other than that I had no complaints.
