Penny QuickBooks Disconnect

Penny QuickBooks Disconnect

Effective date: May 22, 2026

This page explains how an authorized Hot 2 Cold representative can disconnect the Penny QuickBooks integration from QuickBooks Online.

Disconnecting Access

To disconnect the integration, use the QuickBooks Online or Intuit app connection controls for the Hot 2 Cold company and revoke access for the Penny QuickBooks application. You may also contact Hot 2 Cold accounting operations for assistance.

What Happens After Disconnect

After access is revoked, the application will no longer be able to make new QuickBooks Online API calls for the disconnected company. Accounting records already retained by Hot 2 Cold may continue to be kept as needed for business operations, tax, audit, legal, reconciliation, migration, and support purposes.

Reconnect

If access was disconnected by mistake or needs to be restored, an authorized representative can reconnect the application through the approved QuickBooks Online OAuth flow.
