H2C Field is the iPhone app from Hot 2 Cold Inc. for documenting HVAC projects, room layouts, vents, and equipment.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a description of the problem. Screenshots can help, but remove customer addresses or other private information first. Never send passwords or one-time sign-in links.
Sign In
Open Settings > Account in H2C Field, enter an email address you can access, and tap Send One-Time Sign-In Link. Open the email on the same iPhone and follow its sign-in link to return to H2C Field.
Delete Your Account
After signing in, open Settings > Account, tap Delete Account, and confirm Delete Account and Projects. This requests permanent deletion of your H2C Field sign-in account and the local projects, room scans, vent photos, and depth records stored in H2C Field on that iPhone. When deletion finishes, the app returns to Guest mode and displays Account deleted. Copies you separately exported, sent to another person, or retained on another device are not erased by this action.
If the app asks you to sign in again for security, complete a fresh sign-in and then retry account deletion. You can delete your account inside the app without contacting support.
If Deletion needs attention appears, tap Retry Deletion. Keep the app installed while it finishes. Projects remain unavailable while cleanup is pending. If repeated retries fail, contact App Support; the app does not display a successful deletion confirmation until its required steps finish.
Device Requirements
H2C Field requires iOS 17 or later. Room scanning requires a LiDAR-equipped iPhone. Vent measurement and equipment data-plate scanning use the camera.
