Talk Directly to the Owner
Most HVAC companies route you through a call center. We don’t. If you’ve had an experience — good or bad — that you want the owner to know about, this page exists for you.
Why We Have This Page
Hot 2 Cold has 1,000+ five-star reviews because we run our shop differently:
- Salaried technicians (no commission, no upselling pressure)
- Honest diagnoses
- Upfront pricing
- Real accountability when something goes wrong
That last one — accountability — only works if you can actually reach the person responsible. So here’s how.
How to Reach the Owner
Send directly to Team@hot2coldairconditioning.com. Read every morning. Reply within one business day, usually same day.
📱 Call
Main line: (813) 355-9698
If it’s an active service problem, please use the main dispatch line so the team can move quickly — then ask to speak with the owner if you still need to escalate.
What to Reach Out About
Reach out if:
- You had a great experience and want me to know who deserves the credit
- Something went wrong on a service call and the team didn’t make it right
- A technician was rude, late without notice, or pushy on the upsell (this should NOT happen — it’s the opposite of how we train)
- You’re a neighbor of a customer of ours and you saw something worth flagging (good or bad)
- You have a recurring HVAC problem nobody seems to be solving and you want a fresh set of eyes
- You’re a vendor or business contact who needs the owner specifically
Don’t use this channel for:
- New service requests — call (813) 355-9698 or use the online appointment form for fastest dispatch
- Billing questions for an active job — those go to our office staff who actually have your file in front of them
- Sales pitches from third parties — I won’t reply

If you read this page and decide to reach out — thank you. Most companies make this hard on purpose. We don’t, because we have nothing to hide.
