No-commission technicians. Every Hot 2 Cold tech is salaried. They don’t earn more by selling you more. When a customer says “they didn’t try to upsell me,” that’s not luck — it’s the model.

What We Could Be Better At
We’re not perfect. Some reviews call out scheduling delays during peak season — July and August when volume spikes 3–4x. We’ve added staff and implemented the Maintenance Club priority queue to address this. If you’re a member, you never wait in the general queue.
One criticism that’s fair: we can be hard to reach by text during busy periods. We’re working on it.
