Upon arrival we learned that the drain was unlevel causing it to back flow and over flow the drain pan in the air handler. The safety switch for the drain was left resting up above the drain level so the unit kept running. Also unit needs a maintenance done. Writing estimates for customer Redesigned drain line to where the down spout through the wall is at a lower level than before
