Had an appointment scheduled for 12-2, no called or showed by 3 so I called, they said that someone will reach out with updated time, 2 hours later still nothing I call again and same response, an hour later has pasted still no call and I get the same response and thankfully I did not accept it for a the answer, because they finally got the tech to come and by this time it’s 7pm, took the day off work just so they can come after business hours. Communication was terrible, what’s good is an appointment if you guys skip it

Brennan was fantastic. He was very thorough in his inspection and exploratory work to determine the problem with our AC. He took the time to show and explain to me exactly where the problems were and described how those issues would be likely to progress in the future. He was thoughtful in providing me with multiple quotes and options, detailing those differences. Brennan really impressed me with the level of customer service he brought to the table. I felt that he came across as very genuine, knowledgeable, and even passionate about the work he does. Brennan G Todays visit was for the system not cooling after the thermostat was factory reset. Upon arrival set thermostat to cooling and the system came on and started functioning normally. Double checked thermostat programming and confirmed it was correct. Did brief check of the system to confirm it was cooling properly Waived service fee as a courtesy , Ricardo is active military.

Brennan G Todays visit was for a system inspection/maintenance and to inspect the duct system cleanliness. System is a 2009 Carrier 2.5ton The duct system is clean and installed up to current code, Total static with filters in place is .3 Found the evaporator coil is covered in oil. Preformed complimentary leak check and confirmed the evap coil is leaking. Found the compressor fan dual capacitor is weak 41/45uf and the contactor is pitted (burnt) The compressor is reading bad on the megohmeter test . Suggested the compressor may have been damaged or over heated at some point in the past. Repairs are not recommended to the equipment due to age and lack of manufacture warranty. Vacuumed drain line System is cooling at this time , refrigerant levels are low but the system is still in cooling range. Gave repair quote Made todays visit a free estimate

Unit is only 3 years old, warranty never submitted to Lennox. units blower motor is bad, checked for power at all connections, 24v at all pins, thermostat good. Need a 1/2hp ecm motor to replace current one.
