H2C Annual Maintenance

Our Annual maintenance Plan provides you one Maintenance or Service call per year. The first maintenance is $179 and then $11.95/$19.95 per month. This plan includes The cleaning of both the inside and outside coils, a chemical drain line cleaning, and 10% off most of our repair items and materials. When you have the maintenance plan and need a Service call, the fee will be $1 versus the normal $79 fee everyone else pays. Also, if you haven’t used your free maintenance that year you may substitute a service call in its place. Our $19.95 plan includes everything plus duct sanitation or a Filter change.
We will not come out trying to sell you a new unit. Most companies charge anywhere from $39 to $59 for “Maintenance” and will charge you separately for coil cleaning and another additional charge for Drain line cleaning etc.

Regular maintenance keeps your system working efficiently and reduces the likelihood of costly, unexpected repairs. With an Annual Membership, we will reach out to you to schedule your tune-ups.
THE FIRST TIME CLEANING $179
First time Maintenance and evaluation includes a self -rinse cleaning of evaporator coils in place and deep cleaning of Condenser coils.; chemical if needed. Inspection includes: Complete System evaluation of the electrical and thermodynamics of the HVAC system and provide any repair recommendations or performance evaluations.
