Customer had us out today because they weren’t getting any cooling and had recently switched out the thermostat. Upon investigation Troy found that the orange wire was not in the reversing valve spot so the cooling was not engaging. However, after switching the wire, we still weren’t getting any action from the condenser. Troy discovered further that the float switch was faulty, we jumped out the float switch to get everything up and running. Customers unit is severely under sized for the house. It is a 2.5 ton servicing a 2000 square-foot house. They are not getting very great service but at this point the gauges were acceptable and the sub cooling was at the right spot for what size it is. However, we were only getting about 67° coming out of the vents , the people in the house are renters forwarded estimate to them to forward to the landlord

The transformer was giving me 24 V and 240 and all the power was in the right places except the motor would not turn on. Troy quoted customer on a new motor for install soon as we can.

Customer called us out because her condenser fan was no longer blowing. We were out earlier in the day to change the capacitor, and six hours later she calls back with a busted motor. Advise customer that it was going to have to wait till the next day, as I did not have the motor on my truck, we sold her a 1/10 hp 1100 RPM motor for a 2008 carrier model numbers and pictures are in from previous visit.
